Went to my first ever BJJ class here this week and I absolutely loved it! Coach Gonzalez is clearly EXTREMELY knowledgeable, really welcoming and funny, and is highly skilled at explaining techniques to all levels. The class was high energy and technical, very playful and fun, and everyone is 100% respectful of each other and the traditions of BJJ. Overall it was an exhilarating, insightful, and tremendously enjoyable experience. Will be coming here regularly now!

As a woman, starting Brazilian Jiu Jitsu was really intimidating. But the instruction and community here are so amazing - I always feel welcome and have a great time! Coach Gonzalez is extremely detailed and gifted as an instructor. Great school!

At CTA Colorado, you are always welcomed and it has such a good family feel to the location that it allows you to be able to excel and have that support from everyone else regardless of your level of understanding about jiu jitsu. Also, Coach Gonzalez is a very well skilled instructor and he is bilingual and welcomes every single student and gives each student his best to try and teach them self defense based on experience and or technique.

Amazing place to learn and train Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu / BJJ. Super clean environment. Everyone is really nice there. Vibe is awesome, everyone looks out for each other and are very patient. Coach Gonzales is great, a true professional in the martial arts. They have programs for both kids and adults. + they have a great fitness kickboxing program. Check them out!

My whole family trains. We have fun whether its training Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu or Cardio Kickboxing. Its a welcoming environment with a Coach who has a lot of experience in multiple martial art fields.
