This has been one of the best things we could have done for our children. The staff at Swim with Bill have been nothing short of patient and amazing!

Swim with Bill has been such a great consistent experience for both of my kids. The instructors/coaches are very clear in instructing the kids and very patient to getting the kids to their milestones. Small classes provided a private lesson experience and ability to adjust to my kids needs. Additionally, the instructors stayed the same from lesson to lesson, which allowed my kids to make a connection to their coach and the coaches know where my kids weak areas are to work on. Thanks swim with Bill!

We are so impressed with this program. It is organized, efficiently run, the coaching staff is well trained and executes the lessons with professionalism and fun for the kids. We have 2 of our 3 children in the program and have for some time, the 3rd soon to join. We are so pleased with the confidence our children have gained in this program and the skill they have learned. Highly recommend!

We enrolled our daughter in swim lessons with Swim With Bill and we couldnt be happier. Their progressions took my daughter from overcoming her fear of the water to swimming multiple lengths of the pool. Robin, the supervisor, is incredibly knowledgeable and patient. She works with the students and instructors to maximize their abilities. We cant say enough about how great Swim With Bill and recommend them to all of our friends.

Wonderful instructors and curriculum. My son has made so much progress in this program! Just wish scheduling was a bit more flexible, and that missed lessons due to vacations could be refunded if stated in advance.

Just finally got a call back after 3 days. Somebody very rude named Misty calls me and tells me my message ticked her off what kind of customer service is that!I was supposed to get a call back on Monday I called this morning and left message telling them they were supposed to call me back and Im still waiting. Wasnt rude just stated the obvious. I cant believe the horrible customer service going in with them and USA athletic club. They do not communicate well or know how to handle customers. I would not trust them teaching my kids to swim! I was going to sign 2 children up
