After I finally got ahold of them, the recptionist told me they did not treat the condition that I may have, then transferred me to another department, chronic pelvic pain. The nurse from that department told me the uro-gyn chooses not to treat the particular problem I may have, that her department of chronic pelvic pain does not, either, and they transferred me erroneously. Im very frustrated.
