My son attended this daycare recently for about 2 weeks. At first I was very pleased & excited about him going to daycare. However when I picked him up one day. I noticed he had scratches on his face. I asked the director & teachers how did he get them & no one could tell me. They didn’t even act like they cared. No one contacted me telling me he had them. They didn’t perform any first aid. You could tell they were fresh marks. I was more so upset that no one contacted me or even acted as if they cared. When I asked to hire the cameras to see who scratched my child. They told me the cameras didn’t work & haven’t worked in a year. But when I initially enrolled him they told me the cameras worked. I would never enroll my child in a facility as such knowingly that the cameras didn’t work. I wouldn’t send my child to this facility but to each is own.

This was my sons second daycare center and I loved it. I had a great relationship with the staff and knew most of the kids by name and some of the parents. He was there for 2 years but for the fact I had to move to a less expensive daycare we would still there. Miss u guys

I cannot say enough good things about this daycare. We have been doing a drop in service while my sons aunt who normally keeps him has been out of town. Everyone at Austell Learning Academy is absolutely amazing! They treat my son like their own and offer the cutest daily report cards. Everyone is so sweet and remembers your faces and speaks when you walk in. When my aunt wants to retire from keeping my son he is going right back here! Thank you so much for making me feel at such ease while leaving my son with you!

Started off ok and my children initially liked the daycare , however the director Marie is a very mean, rude and disrespectful woman, she went off on me and then called the police on me because I was defending myself, these people are crazy, no love is shown towards your children and my two year old daughter had a deep cut on her private parts and no one cared to tell me anything. Do yourself a favor and get your kids into a good daycare in a good area, this is the projects.

Great Staff, Super Clean Facility.

The owner is very rude and argumentative. He allowed another child to hit my son, then told my son “you should have hit him back” When I expressed this was not how I’d expect a daycare to be ran. He laughed at me and started ridiculing me as a parent. I highly recommend avoiding this daycare..

My husband and I are very pleased with the service at Austell Learning Academy. The Director Jaymie knows my child by name and immediately makes my 2 yr old daughter feel comfortable with the transition from being home full time to now going to day care. My daughter started when she was 1 and a half and has become so social and talkative since being there. From my interactions with the caregivers there..each of them genuinely CARE about the children they educate and I can tell by the way my daughter interacts with her teachers. Despite being open very early the employees have a good receptive energy towards the parents and children. I can honestly say being a first time mom that I never worry about my childs well-being because I know that she is given the highest quality care. Note this center is not just a day care they do educate during the school season and offer cool things like graduations, picture day and tumble bus ect.
