This school has been a God send to us. They truly have an amazing staff of caring professionals that work together as a team in a encouraging, respectful, appreciative and empowering environment for everyone. I have tried many other schools in and around the area, but this one tops them all! The staff are consistently kind, helpful, hardworking and knowledgeable about child care. This is what it should feel like when you drop your child off at day care and go to work each day-at ease, at peace with confidence and excitement that your child will be better now because of the time they spent here. I absolutely love the Goddard School! I highly recommend this school for parents who are looking for teachers who really care about the growth and well-being of each child! My son started here in October after I pulled him out of his previous daycare and I must say I’ve seen an improvement in his behavior, communication, writing, and reading (he’s 3). His teachers always communicate with me which has allowed us to work together to ensure we are getting the best out of him! I highly recommend this school!

5 stars plus more!! When my son started here in August of 2018 he didnt speak much at all. Within a couple weeks of him attending, he blossomed so much and doesnt stop talking now! They have taught him songs, dancing, yoga, Spanish, music, and the list goes on. All staff certainly goes above and beyond everyday even when my kids arent on point to make sure they consistently have the best experience. Without the help from the Director, front office staff, and teachers...I would not be where I am in MY professional life. Goddard has helped not only my son to grow but me as well! I think about my kids all day long but never have to worry about them. I cant thank all staff enough for putting their sanity on the line so I can have mine (lol). My son has been going to The Goddard School, Austell location, for about a year now. I can tell a complete difference in my child from when he first started to now. He is 2 years old and he is so smart and so vocal. All the staff has always been very considerate to my wishes and my child’s. My son loves going to school everyday. I would recommend to anyone with a child.

Update: Now that our daughter have been enrolled there for close to 5 months, I will give them 2.5 stars (if I could) but I can’t so they’ll get 2 stars instead of 4 because they have several policies that are unclear that they’ll throw on you (at any given moment after your child is enrolled) that was not in the enrollment packet. Overall, it’s still not a bad school.We initially enrolled our 17 month old daughter in Goddard Austell Part Time (3 full days a week). After doing so, we immediately began to see a difference. After only 3 weeks being there, we requested to move her up to Full Time and she has been doing well. They were the best we’d found when searching for a Daycare/School to enroll her in (that doesn’t mean there aren’t others out there) but we just have yet to find them.

We’ve been going to Goddard since 2014 and love it I have three girls that go there who are now twin girls that are 3 and a 5 year old. The education is awesome and the teacher and staff are very caring and interactive. We have had a great experience and would definitely recommend Goddard.

My daughter has been attending this school since she was 5 months old. Shes now 3 and we still absolutely love it. She learns so much, but has no idea shes learning, since its all learning through fun activities. She has never had a teacher she didnt love, and its adorable to see her making little friends at this age too. The entire staff is wonderful too, everyone is so kind and attentive to all the children that attend. I would highly recommend (and have!) this school to anyone in the area in need of childcare.

Our daughter (age 17 months) has been attending this school for about 7 months now. We originally had her in KinderCare. It has been the best decision we have made switching schools. The teacher to child ratio is much better at Goddard as well as the personal attention each child receives. We love our daily reports that are emailed showing how long she has napped, detailing all her meals and diaper changes as well as what they did all day in class. There are also so many extras offered, like a Friday night out for parents, activities and events involving the entire family, etc. Highly recommend!

Our family loves The Goddard School. We foster and have had 9 children attend this school. Every teacher is amazing. They make learning fun. We would not put our children anywhere else.

Our daughter has attended the Goddard School for over a year, and we love it! The teachers are top notch - they work every day to ensure that our little one is reaching developmental milestones. They also take care to respond to feedback, and address our concerns.There are small things that we especially appreciate. Every morning, they provide coffee for parents during drop off. There are frequent parents night out sessions, so my wife and I can get a much needed break. The staff at the front always provide a warm greeting.Our daughter loves it, too. And we can see how much she is growing. We highly recommend the Goddard School.

My four year old son has been attending Goddard for just four months now and he genuinely enjoys going to school. The teachers and staff are wonderful and are always available to discuss any concerns and are willing to accommodate our needs when possible. In the short time my son has attended, hes already shown improvement in key development areas. Im looking forward to seeing his progress in the months to come.

The Goddard School has been a wonderful stepping stone for my child. We had her enrolled in the school since she was 2 and she has flourished. The teachers and the administration are really great about communication and addressing any issues that may have risen. (Which there werent hardly any) I would HIGHLY recommend this school to any of my friends or family looking. WE LOVE OUR GODDARD FAMILY!!!!

Our son has been at Goddard Austell since he was 6 weeks old. From Day 1 the team of teacher and administrators has made us comfortable with leaving our child. The infant room teachers are very knowledgeable and have helped us as we navigate the world of parenthood for the first time. They take lots of pictures and are always presenting us with his artwork. I love that he is so happy and well loved while he is away from us!

I am a stay at home Mom, but we knew our son needed some extra socialization and to experience life outside of his 4 walls at home. We enrolled our son (the Austell location) at 21 months, initially for 2 days a week and after just 3 weeks, increased it to 3 days. Within the first 2 weeks, we noticed little differences here and there, he was experimenting with new things, putting more of an effort into verbalizing and becoming excited to learn more!Getting the Daily Report emailed to us, makes it easy to continue the education at home. And the action snap shots are a nice touch. It makes us feel like were there with him, experiencing what hes experiencing.The teachers are very communicative and willing to take the time to help us understand exactly what our son may or may not be doing and providing us with the tools necessary to get him there.Everyday when we walk in, he is greeted by everyone so friendly and so welcoming. That makes me feel good, make my son feel special.The Goddard School was definitely the right choice for our family!

I enrolled my son from ages 1-2 and absolutely loved Goddard. My son loved his teachers, and so did we. We pulled him out momentarily due to a career change, but we are now going to re-enroll him part time. Although the school is not near my home, we are willing to make the drive.

I recently called The Goddard School located in Austell to inquire about its daycare program and was quite surprised with the tone of the person who answered the phone. I quickly found out that it was the Director who had a short and dismissive tone. I even had to ask for her name and if it was good time to talk. Although she sounded more upbeat when my wife joined the phone call, Im happy I was able to see the true colors of their leadership before I enrolled my child. It is clear why theyre not at full capacity.I do believe the Director is seeking a specific demographic, which is why there was no follow through after I requested information about their curriculum. Customer service is everything and she failed terribly. Because of her, I would never enroll my child there.

Our daughter and son started at Goddard Austell as infants (now 3 and 1 year old) and we have been very pleased! It is encouraging to see them come home and showcase what they have learned. The teachers keep us up to date throughout the day and send pictures so we don’t miss out on anything! We’ve had a great experience.

We have been so happy here! They balance fun and learning and care for the kids like they were their own! Definitely recommend this school!

The moment I walked into The Goddard School at Austell, I knew it was going to be the perfect place for my two children (currently 4 and 2). I think my favorite part of The Goddard School is the daily activity reports I get for each of my children. I get a snapshot of their day, every day, and have the opportunity to talk to a teacher. I also love how they teach social and self-help skills from an early age. Both of my kids are excited to go to school every day...especially on Cookie Fridays!!

This Goddard location has exceeded my expectations for my children! The staff cares about the children and it shows. I am always welcomed with smiles and professionalism. My children have blossomed as a result of the attention and respect they have received from the people at the Goddard School. I Highly recommend this location!

My daughter has been attending The Goddard School for a little over 2 years now. I would highly recommend this school to anyone! All of the teachers and staff are friendly and treat my daughter wonderful. She has learned so much and continues to exceed my expectations.

Our daughter loves attending The Goddard School. She gets so excited about going to school. I enjoy the fact that I can ask my almost two year old what she learned during the day and she responds with a color, shape, or new word and then I am able to look at the daily report and it matches. The teachers are great. There have been a few incidents when she was in a younger class (she has been bit a couple of times which was totally out of the teachers control) and the teachers and administration handled the matter promptly and to my satisfaction in assuring my childs safety in the classroom. My questions are answered in a timely manner and the school really promotes parents to be active in their childs class. I recommend this school.

The Staff is amazing. My children have been attending Goddard Austell for almost a year and they love it. They know all of the teachers and the ALL the teachers know them by name. Love Goddard Austell.

This place lacks professionalism, it’s a very nice school and seems like there may be structure, but they waste the time of people who rearrange their schedule to engage in 2 interviews. Then they never call back. It’s a shame I thought they were above the average daycare center.

Dont send your kid(s) here if they have autism/special needs even if they tell you they can accommodate them. Their unwillingness to allow the child to adapt to the new environment is a disgrace and very insensitive to their needs. Prior to starting the program it was brought to their attention that the child had autism and was ask if they could accommodate her and was told yes but after only one day given for our child to adjust to her new surroundings we were given a call with no warning that the daycare was unwilling to accommodate her and that she need to be picked up immediately, that she could try again the next day (Friday) and if the same thing happen that she was no longer welcome,mind you this happen on a Thursday, the next day would be Friday given us no time to make other arrangement. After speaking to the person in charge (Lauren) her attitude about the situation was awful, her lack of experience and insensitivity made it very obvious that she had never work with kids with autism, It takes a very kind heart, understanding and patient person which she exhibit none of.

We love The Goddard School. Our son has been to a couple daycare centers before Goddard and they have not nearly been as wonderful as Goddard. We recommend Goddard to everyone seeking daycare!

My kids have been attending the Goddard School in Austell since September. I have to say I have been very impressed with their development, the staff at the school, the curriculum and the safety of the facility. Both of my children love going there.

The experience of sending your child to the school may not turn out to be a rewarding one,most especially of your child has a special need. The child need to interact with his/her peers and the teacher. All these have turned out to be disappointment and failure on the part of the school.My child went for the first time,(friday)only for me to be called back on the phone after some hours to come pick her up because she was reported not cooperating which is ridiculous.she went back on Monday and Tuesday and they keep calling me to pick her up.Further more, ridiculous adjectives such as aggressive, destructive, hurting was used to describe her.(3years old) which is quite too hurting. After much talk with the person in charge (Lauren)her attitudes shows no iota of care for the the little child and ultimately demonstrated her lack of experience.

The second my husband and I toured The Goddard School we got the warm and fuzzy feeling. We toured several schools due to our son being epileptic and having seizures. We wanted to make sure not only we felt comfortable with where he was if this were to happen but also that the teachers and staff were comfortable with this. I needed to know the teachers and staff would have a third eye on my son and be able to react quickly. We left The Goddard School feeling very confident our son would be in good, caring hands. I cannot express the relief I felt as a mom walking out the door, thinking THIS is it!We are always greeted at the door with a smile from the director. The classrooms are very clean and organized. New and exciting centers are always added for circle time. My son comes homes from school everyday excited and ready to go back the next day! As I sit here as type this, my son is asking me when does he go back to school. My son is currently in the pre school program there. He can tell me a run down of his entire day, what he learned, and even comes home from school, playing school. It warms my heart knowing hes excited to go back. Thank you Goddard School for giving my son the best possible care!
