If I could say 0 stars, I absolutely would and it takes a lot to really irk me that bad. When you are a professional testing site, you would think that there would be no lapse or delay in submitting and handling tests. I arrived at 7:30 AM today as instructed for an 8 AM test and waited until 9 AM to finally begin. Then during my test, my computer froze and had to be moved to another computer adding an additional 30 minute delay.When you are taking a professional test or graduate test, you are already stressed enough. It doesnt help when youve opened your calendar to make this testing date work and then they proceed to add 1.5 hours of delay into your schedule. I was late for other work engagements and it is unacceptable. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. Do not trust them to have it prepped and ready to go.

I scheduled an exam over the phone on 6/17. I’m pretty sure I spoke with the manager of this place. While on the phone, I asked what times were available for 6/25, I was told verbatim “any time”. So I asked how about 4:00? She said yes and confirmed several times over the phone that I was scheduled for 4:00 on 6/25. I show up at 3:45 on 6/25 and I’m told 1. I’m not on the schedule, 2. They don’t schedule anyone past 3:00, and 3. The employee there doesn’t even have a login to get me started on the test. I was ultimately just told to reschedule the exam for some other time. I certainly didn’t want to take my chances scheduling with them again, but they said I couldn’t even reschedule the exam while I was standing there. Don’t waste your time with this place.

Worst test experience ever. 3hr test took 5hr because of constant outages that they dont know how to solve. They dont know what they are doing and they all come to the room while you are doing the test and talk loudly with no regard to other students doing the test. The exact opposite of an ideal exam environment. Do your test somewhere else. They dont know what they are doing and have no respect to your effort and deadlines.

I go here for certification exams. They always have availability, and everyone Ive ever dealt with there was really friendly. I even took an exam on New Years Eve!

Level 3. Easiest , least hassle Pearson test site Ive found in Austin. The floors in the building may cause you issues if you have vertigo.

This place is great! I took a few certification tests here and the lady that worked here made sure that everything went well when I was checked in. The staff were friendly and kind which meant a lot to me when I took my tests.

Professional and organized. As good as taking a required test can be.

Terrible service the system was out dated and no calculators were provided. The questions for the National/State exam were outdated. I will not be re testing here again.

Son went in for several tests over a few weeks. Staff there was very nice and all security procedures were followed well for validation. Location is in major need of updates.Otherwise, was what was needed.
