Yall! I hereby officially recommend the heck outta this training. No previous experience or fitness requirements to get started. You can tell, because ~I~ did it, and real talk: on day 1, I was all kindsa chubby and had never thrown a punch in my life.No gym creepers or mansplainers, no weird social pressure, no competition, no hamster-wheel-esque boring machine workouts. Just hard work with legit badass results.
