Had a fantastic drop-in experience at 10p ATX.Everything was so smooth, from talking to the staff in advance via email, to the front desk experience, to the class and even leaving the gym.The instructor was attentive and gave great small tips for all levels, and personal attention to everyone in the class.100% will be back any time I am in Austin.& have already recommended my friends who live there.

I traveled from Michigan to train here and was not disappointed! World class staff, very welcoming! You get a team vibe from the second you walk in! Austin is lucky to have this level of knowledge and teaching in their community! I will be back soon

This place is Amazing! Plenty of space and new equipment to use. Muay Thai instructors Dallas, McAllen, and Maria are great! Definitely recommend.

Bag Muay Thai Austins Kids Class is AWESOME! My son and daughter both enjoy it alot. The coaches are so engaging and knowledgeable.

The 10th planet Jiu Jitsu is top notch. Curtis and the rest of the coaches make learning so easy. The whole program encompasses living a better lifestyle. Its a second family for me. Secondly Team Exos physical therapy saves my body from breaking down. I attend weekly sessions with Jennifer and I have never felt better!!!

I have learned a lot in these past few months at Bang MT. It can be intimidating when you dont know the technique but the Coach and members will go out of their way to help you get familiar with the moves. I am really happy I joined this gym!

My experience at BMT was amazing! Very clean facility and friendly staff. I came to Austin on a road trip with my sister. While in town I wanted to stop by and just see the gym. I met Alex the head coach. He was very kind he was in the middle of something-stopped what he was doing to visit with me for 5 min. Alex took down my information and txt me within the hour information about rates and times for getting a private lesson. It was very easy to schedule with him. Alex got me in the very next day. The lesson was excellent! I learned so much in just one hour. Alex is very knowledgeable and at the same time very patient- He is a GREAT teacher. I give ONNIT, BMT and Coach Alex my highest recommendation!

A 45 year old guy with zilch experience walks into a Muay Thai class for the first time three months ago. and he loves it. and now he cant imagine life without it. and he knows that had he walked into the wrong class, that being any one not led by Alex Anoushian and his team of understanding badasses, he probably goes home after that first day and says to his wife, Babe. Think Ill just stick with running. Im grateful I wandered into the right gym that day. you will be too.
