What can i say besides that since i’ve started (day 1 of opening) PAMA has felt like a second home. Even tho i started at 16 in adults class, i was welcomed in without the bat of an eyelash. It was probably the only place i was treated like an adult, and every punch and kick i grew into the adult Guro Jake treated me like. I can’t imagine doing martial arts anywhere else besides PAMA — its a once in a lifetime opportunity that if you get the chance to go, you should without hesitation :)

Great workout. Great people. Class is different everyday. We are always learning something new, whether its a brand new skill or how to improve something we already know how to do. I have been a member of PAMA for about a year. Not only do I get a great workout, I get to work out with a great group of people. Guro Jake and Tiffany have created a family atmosphere that makes everyone feel welcome. The fitness classes provide a fun sweaty workout. The martial arts curriculum is challenging and exciting.
