Yama Kan was my introduction to martial arts and I couldnt be happier to have found them. The instuctors are top notch and really care about teaching you correct form and technique. The atmosphere is fun, supportive, and challenging. The instructors do an excellent job accommodating all levels, and have a handy App so you can practice at home. If youre looking for a killer cardio workout be sure to try the kickboxing as well!Five stars all day every day.
