Paid for c.m.a. refresher, never got updated. So, I have called and called only to be talked to rudely and told to keep checking my e mail..no answers, a man told me he dont have time to sit on phone and explain process other people are waiting..so, when my license lapses after so long and I have to retake the course, Im sure they wont step up and admit they dont help a paying student..maybe a scam site ??

I am very pleased with the teaching at this facility. Because of Central Texas Nurse Network, Inc, I am experiencing at this moment the American dream. My life and that of my two sisters have changed. Central Texas Nurse Network, Inc has helped in so many ways. I am now a RN, my two sisters are both RN and LVN. Thank you Central Texas Nurse Network for empowering us. We would recommend this institution to anyone intersection in health career. Great administration, great Instructor. Veronique Johnson as all knows in Austin is the one that makes a huge positive impact in the life of my family. We will thank you always for being present for us. We are very grateful for everything you did and continue to do for the people of Central Texas in Austin in particular and in Texas in General. Mrs. Vernie, and her staff were amazing. She tough, but very fair. I saw in her a want for all her students to succeed and I had a bad experience at another cna course so I am glad that I was able to come to Central Texas Network for my cna license. I was very pleased to have met Mrs. Vernie.

This a terrible facility. I did not train here, thankfully, but I did my written and skills Nurse Aide testing here. The facility is filthy, with cockroaches running around on the floors and walls. With training facilities like this its no wonder Texas ranks so poorly among the states for healthcare. If you are considering this facility for training I highly recommend you take a tour first. The owner is also awful, completely unprofessional and rude, talks down to you, argues with and contradicts her husband who also teaches courses here. You get what you pay for and this place is awful!

I had paid in advance thought I was going to be taught very good about the medical field CNA. Very rude and don’t teach you, YOU yourself have to teach yourself because if you asked they just look at you like don’t bother and they don’t talk to you they yell it out to you . No respect just want your money.

Took my CNA education and exams (written and skills exam). As a University of Texas student at the time, Central Texas Nurse Network was a 30 minute bus ride and a short walk from campus which was nice. The CNA course emphasized the skills portion and consisted mainly of hands on practice of the skills required for the exam. Information for the written portion was mainly taught via textbook and student collaboration on practice tests given out during the class. The practice skills and written tests mirrored the actual exams fairly well, and I passed both of my exams on the first try.The staff was extremely friendly and demonstrated each skill until we knew what to do. The instructors did have accents, but they were aware of this and encouraged students to ask for repeats of information. The equipment at the facility is not in the best shape, but all equipment was usable for both practice and the actual exams. As of now, I am a licensed CNA on the Texas registry and am very comfortable with giving this school a 4 out of 5.

I dont know why my post says posted a week ago since i posted this over three years ago . Today is 5_10-17.......... This place is so unprofessional and nasty, I scheduled a CPR recertification two weeks in advance . when I got to there place no one knew what I was talking about but the Nigerian lady that was in charge and who had her feet up on the desk clipping her toe nails told the young girl to take my money and have me Waite for the instructor who was already an hr. late .. so as I questioned the process she had no clear answers , only wait he will be here soon. I still waited a little while as I wanted to hear what she was saying to two young Hispanic girls that had failed her cna course. The girl asked if she could retake it and how much it would cost? The Nigerian woman was so rude and disrespectful saying do you have the money to take the test? if you dont come back when you do. the girl asked how much will it be? the lady said until you have the money ill tell you. and you should study instead of making babies and going out all night. its your fault you failed the test. Needles to say I was so angered and felt ashamed for the young girls trying to ask for information to only get disrespected and sent out the door with no help or answers to there questions.. I hate this place and Ivenoticed they keep changing there names. I posted one star only because I had to to get my post placed I give them a negative 5 . Posted 6-5-2013

My Entire Family is enjoyed now the American Dream because of Central Texas Nurse Network, Inc. I am still a CNA but my two daughters and my son are RNs and BSN. It is shameful that some criminal are tried to sabotage Central Texas Nurse Network, Inc that made a huge positive impact in the lives of so many people in Austin and in Texas at large. Whoever wrote these bad comments over this school is a criminal and should be prosecuted. All are invited to visit Central Texas Nurse Network, Inc to see for themselves. Thank youPablo Edwards
