Very thorough and quick with my BLS skills test. The online portion was straight forward and easy to navigate.

All of the instructors are very helpful and knowledgeable. They really want you to understand what your doing and why. Ilene H. (Austins coordinator) always called me back promptly whenever I had a question.

Went for BLS on 09/04/2021. Neat place, everybody had their masks on, mannequins and AEDs are in good condition! Shout out to Rochelle, my BLS instructor for making the 4 hour session fun and interactive! Would definitely recommend RC health services 👏

Went to RC for the hands on part of my CPR/BLS training. The trainer was extremely efficient with his directions and what he was looking for. He answered all my questions clearly and concisely.I have been through CPR/BLS a few times before. I will definitely go to RC from now on.

This was one of the best CPR classes I have attended. The instructor, Rochelle, was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. She provided great instruction and made the class fun! The videos are very helpful as well. It was a great class overall!

I had the best learning experience and the instructor is very knowledgeable and sweet.The class is of 4 hours and they show videos and also make us practice on mannequins which helps a lot to understand BLS. I highly recommend if you are looking for BLS classes. The fees is very reasonable and the way they teach is excellent.

I’ve been doing my BLS certification here since 2013 and once ACLS. The instructors here have always been competent and comprehensible, I have yet to fail any of the courses that I have taken! I also like that they have weekend and evening courses!

I really appreciate the effort given to allow me to complete my PALS. I know they went above and beyond to help me complete this coarse. I will use them again and recommend them.

I have been using RC Health Services for my BLS / ACLS certifications for about 10 years and I have always been happy with their services. They have lots of available class dates/times and there are even more options now with online classes and/or virtual live video classes. Both still require in-person skills checkoff, but that process is simple and quick. They currently require face masks inside their facilities, but the check-off was only 2 people and the instructor in the large classroom. Plenty of space to feel comfortable and safe during COVID times. The instructors are knowledgeable and even entertaining :). The facility is always very clean and they have snacks and drinks available for purchase. Highly recommend !!

Ilene and staff were extremely helpful during my renewal process. Ilene answered any and all my questions in a very timely manner. After my online work was completed, I needed to go in and do my hands on training the following week but Ilene called me the very next day after I completed and see if I wanted to come in then and just knock it out. Great courses! I successfully completed both ACLS and PALS at this facility and was very pleased with the overall experience. Tim Taylor was my instructor for both classes and he was very knowledgeable and informative. He made the experience fun and educational at the same time. If there were any concepts I did not understand he was supportive in teaching me. At the completion of the courses I felt confident in my skills. I will definitely be renewing all of my certifications here from now on.

This is the place to come and get your new BLS/ACLS or renew it. I have been coming here every 2 years when my renewal is due. The new platform of online and in office hands-on works for my busy schedule. I am planning to have my teenager take BLS and first aid before college this year.

This is the best CPR course Ive ever had. Most instructors skip through the process, expecting Healthcare Professionals to already have prior knowledge. However, if those skills arent being used, its quite easy to forget a few things. Lynn was great in providing a hands-on experience that Im confident will stick with me for the long run. And she has a great sense of humor! 😁

Central Austin venue with plenty of parking and good staffing for the classroom activity. Michelle Long, class coordinator, was relaxed and patient; researched questions quickly and retrieved answers. She was diligent to sticking to time and classroom parameters. Awesome experience here! The training was very thorough and I would rarely say I enjoy testing, but this was a very good experience. The staff is awesome and they are very responsive through email and in person.

I started the online EMT course a few months ago and Ilene has gone out of her way to help me with scheduling course requirements and getting the necessary PPE to complete my clinicals. I can always expect to get a reply to my emails within minutes.

My experience was awesome. I learned alot in such little time. And Tim was wonderful. I really appreciate his attention to detail and the comfort he made me feel during the entire course.

Since many people now take the course virtually, it would be helpful to have a small review with the dummies before the skills test. It was my first time taking the BLS course and I felt a little uncomfortable having never handled the equipment before the skills test.

This is my 4th recertification of PALS, and by far one of the best class experiences I have over the 8 years I have been certified in PALS. Mr. Taylor was an excellent teacher/instructor! My 3 other nursing colleagues and I left our class feeling like we reviewed and relearned the material very well, and were given adequate time to practice on the mannequins.We are grateful for professionals like Mr. Taylor who is able to use his skills and gift for teaching to help others feel secure in their abilities to saves lives!!!I will be back for my recertification in ACLS, and will plan to return in 2 years to receive my rectification in both areas again.
