My child has been going here for a couple of years and it’s one of the best places I’ve seen. She’s moving into the Pre K that Happy Hearts provides and I’m beyond grateful. The staff is warm and understanding. I’m continually updated on my child’s successes and stressors. The director Mari continues to impress me with her incredible ability to meet the needs of the kiddos. My child is going through a chapter of wanting to stay home instead of going to daycare, it’s a new chapter and Mari always finds out exactly how to comfort her and excite her into coming back! I don’t know where I would be without the personal relationship my child and I have made with this place and the staff. I highly recommend this daycare. My child reflects a drastic raise in intellect and personality when she goes to a Happy Hearts consistently. It’s a family.

My baby boy started when he was 2 months. He is now almost 6 months old and in infant room.I visited many child care facilities before choosing Happy Hearts. My son has never cried at drop off. I’ve never seen any of the children being upset or hesitate when dropped off by Loved ones. The director is very hands on with children, staff, parents. His teachers have great energy, and genuinely take awesome care of my baby. They also have given me great tips about his developmental needs to use at home. Also he is finally on a schedule! When picked up he is clean, fed, dry diaper- never had a rash. I’m given daily communication sheets. This is a 2nd home while I work and the vibe is more like family. Definitely recommend Happy Hearts!!!!

Our daughter started at Happy Hearts at 2 months old, and we couldnt be happier with our decision to bring her here! The infant room teachers take amazing care of her helping teach her to drink from a bottle, learn to sleep in a crib, and more! They show our daughter so much care and love!

My son has been here for a year and we really like it. Miss Tania and Mrs. Isis are awesome. Mrs. Isis is even helping us with potty training! The director, Miss Mari is great at communicating and understanding parents. My son has learned a lot and always comes home with great crafts.

The images on their website are not teachers working there nor are the students. THAT WILL TELL YOU EVERYTHING. But I will tell you more.Ask what chemicals they use to clean the daycare. My daughter came home with respiratory issues due to the strong use of non-organic cleaners. IT IS NOT REALISTIC nor HONEST when they say they clean all toys. They are trying to take advantage of parents whom are too busy to ask questions. They ALSO did not feed my daughter when she was due to eat. And I was tired of their reasons why my child wasnt eating at her scheduled feeding times. When my daughter was happy and healthy at home, eating and sleeping regularly, I expect the same when she is elsewhere. Moreover, they were not using new bottles every feeding time, even when I had all clean bottles supplied. (If you dont know already, bacteria builds up in milk or anything used. So reusing an old bottle is clearly unsanitary.)Finally, the infant room, where infants crawl on their hands and knees, is positioned next to the backdoor where the older kids play in the backyard. (Hint Hint) Dirt, mud, germs and FECES. All HORRIBLE for Kids, if not everyone.I hope no parent has to enroll their child here. And I pray no parent remains mute when it comes to the health and safety of their children.(Turn down the volume of the TV in the big Kids room, and stop allowing the kids to watch so much tv.)This is another thing.

Daughter is 4.5, has gone here since she was almost 1. Son just turned 3 and this has been the only daycare hes been in. Director always shows concern for childrens needs and any concerns by parents. Teachers provide a creative environment for kids.

Just want to give big thank you to Ms. Mari and all the teachers at Happy Hearts. My 2 oldest kids have been going there for 2 years now and my 11 month old has been going there since he was 6 weeks. My kids are very open with me and I can honestly say I have NEVER had any concerns for my kids not being treated right, their safety, or of them being starved. Believe it or not a baby can tell you alot about their daily atmosphere without using any words at all. Every time i go in to pick my baby up in the baby class room he is always dancing smiling and clapping to the music. My oldest daughter who is 9 been going since she was 7 is HAS never complained but has always appreciated the care they show and give not to mention is learning more and more spanish (which is very importantto me for her future) . My middle child (who can be quit difficult) is a very hard kid to gain his trust. But when he started Happy hearts he said mom Ms. Tanya is sooooo nice she taught me my ABCs and sang them WITH PRIDE. Happy Hearts cares for not only thier students but the family as a whole. This is the only day care my children will attend I HIGHLY recommend Happy Hearts. Thank you ALL for everything you do for me and my kids. You will forever be in our hearts. Thank you for being apart of my family.

My son went here last year for only a few weeks. Every day I picked up my child I realized it was something new. Walked in one day and he was in his crib drinking out another kids bottle(he was breast fed only btw). I stayed at home with my child for 4 months before taking him to this center and when he came here his bowel movements changed &spit up changed so that helped me find out they were giving him formula instead of breast milk. The teacher in the infant room thought you put breast milk in the microwave, had to teach them how to use a bottle warmer. Oh lets not forget about the part of having me bring my own bottle warmer. I would pick him up and see all his brst milk still in the fridge so that means they were was feeding him formula or starving him. One morning I came in to drop off my son and one of his two teachers wouldnt even acknowledge me. Ok, was she mad that I have had an issue every single day(as you can tell with this long negative review)? Idk what her issue was but when its a problem with my child as any parent I will be the first one to address it. I just couldnt get over the fact that I was leaving my child in her care and she wouldnt ever acknowledge my presence and was showing signs she was upset about something. A parent shouldnt have a feeling of hostility when dropping off there infant with - a care taker. I was in Austin alone with my family of 4 and we thought happy Hearts would be a good fit for our new born. We was completely wrong. You dont want to make the same mistake as I did. I mean seriously, EVERY SIGNAL DAY I would get off work & rush like crazy to get back to my child. It was a complete night mare, a horror story, they should not be in business. I can go on and on about this place. Matter of a fact, let me continue... every day of the very short lived time my child attended this center it was something new they always mixed up his stuff with other infants. I would pick him up in other kids clothes or some else kid got on his bib. These are the small things compared to my earlier remarks about them giving him OTHER KIDS MILK!!! Like how hard is it to be more organized within your business?? My baby is very chill like me and his dad and his brother but boy at 4 months I could look at my baby when I picked him up in the afternoons and tell he was being mistreated while attending this place. It was an unexplainable feeling, a mothers intuition. Plus, if I can point out something wrong everyday I pick him up in the afternoon then lord knows whats happening during the 8 hours when Im not there. When I used to pick him up he appeared to me like he had been screaming and crying from the top of his lungs all day. Thank GOD I found a lovely friend that OFFERED to watch my baby while me and his father worked as she noticed the signs of neglect as well in the afternoon and couldnt stomach my precious baby being in this center, any longer. Let me tell you what happened when it was time to file my taxes. So I waited paitently until after 1/31(the date all tax forms should be mailed to people who paid for child care). I call them 2/1/17 & these people tell me I have to wait a few days for it to be ready since my baby is a former student. Waited a few days, never got it. My tax company called to obtain it, they never got it. The owner told me to text her my email address... still never got it. So now they tell me they emailed & faxed the document to all the different emails, fax and mail addresses but guess what we still NEVER GOT IT! Its not the $100 extra(if that!) I may get back on my return as the issue, its the principle. I HAVE TO HOLD THIS CENTER ACCOUNTABLE FOR THERE ACTIONS as they are still in business and this rewiew may help another family moments away from suffering from all forms of abuse and neglect by enrolling into this center. Hopefully this rant will have help a family in need of childcare... DONT GO HERE!!!(this is your warning!)*red flag*
