Copernicus has surpassed our expectations. We wanted to find a place where our daughter could learn and play. She gets that and more at Copernicus. Her teacher is phenomenal, our daughter constantly talks about her and how much fun she has at Copernicus. The staff is very communicative, in fact during every pick up we get a recap of our daughters day. I can go on and on about how happy we are.

Our daughter attends Copernicus, and weve been very happy with it. Copernicus does a great job of mixing learning and play. They strike a good balance between feeling like theres structure and growth going on, but remembering that little kids are first and foremost little kids and should play accordingly! Our older son is in a dual language program for elementary, and we intend for our daughter to follow, and Copernicus is giving her a great head start on her Spanish! While its difficult to foster community in the current COVID-environment, this school does it as well as anybody. Having come from a place that was run primarily like a business, Copernicus really does feel like a school and a community. Weve found it to be a hidden treasure.

I attended the Copernicus Academy science fair in July. This child care center is beautiful! I really liked that the centers director is a biologist and a science teacher. I looked at the curriculum book and it looks like the kids going to this school are participating in some pretty cool activities. My son is too old to attend this child care, but from what I saw, this place is great and I would have loved to use their services.

My son has attended Copernicus for the past year, and it has been a fantastic experience thus far. I enjoy how they mix play with actual lessons about whatever the topic of the week/month is. This past week, for instance, was about careers and they had a state trooper, a cardiologist, a robotics engineer, a shadow puppeteer and a fire engine come out! They send me pictures through my email throughout the day so that Im able to feel as though Im part of the fun, even though Im stuck in my cubicle :) This past weekend, I attended a work day on Saturday which was coordinated by one of the Copernicus parents during which we enlarged the backyard / playground area of the school by a large amount. It was great to connect with the other parents and feel like a valued member of a larger community. My son has one more year until Kindergarten, but well enjoy every moment until then.
