I am one of those mothers that does not trust anyone with my child, however this place has welcomed my son in with open arms. He has learned so very much from them. He has become more independent and proud of himself. He is a confident young man ready to take on school next year! Im so proud of him and so happy I choose this place for my child, it has been the best experience working with this team of wonderful people!!!! I highly recommend!

My son attended this school for the first 3 months I went back to work since before he was born. He was 2 to about 2.5 years old. His first class was great. There was one incident on a parents night out where he was bit, but I was assured that this child wasnt in his class and it was an isolated incident. Fast-forward to 3 months later and he had been sent home with an incident report every week. He was bit 4 times and finally bit back once. He had a bloody nose one week and the following week I went to pick him up and he had a black eye. We never set foot in this place again after that. Toddler boys tend to get little cuts and bruises here and there. But this was far beyond the normal injuries any parent would be comfortable with. 3 weeks before withdrawing him, we met with the director Jill, and she assured us that moving him to a new class would help. I feel like it only escalated from there. We really wanted to like this place since his first month went so well and it was super convenient for my husband and I. But I was forced to take him out before things got worse. Take the time to look at their reports through the city online. I am so disappointed that this didnt work out and I really felt like my son was in danger in the care of this facility.

Our kids recently started at CCOA, but so far everything has been great! The kids are always happy to see their instructors at drop-off and happy when we pick them up. The staff is very friendly and professional. The instructors give you a thorough report at the end of each day and send pictures of the little ones throughout the day, which is wonderful. Would recommend this daycare to others.

Both our children love CCOA. The teachers are wonderful and my little ones learn new things everyday. In the summer they offer swimming lessons and the menu consists of healthy foods/options. Highly recommend. They also have monthly parents night out which is awesome.

My daughter has been going here for over a year and we love it. The place is clean and bright, the teachers are caring, the staff is flexible, they know the state standards and actually follow them, they allow us to use cloth diapers, they take pictures daily and send them to you, toddlers get to go outside each day, I could go on!

My girls attended when they were about 16 months old. (They are 3 and 5 now). I chose this facility due to the proximity to my neighborhood. My biggest complaint is the high teacher turnover. When you are dealing with shy toddlers, getting a new teacher every month is not ideal. On the other hand, the facility is large, bright and clean. They have a large gym, and large outdoor play areas that are shaded. The biggest positive is Ms. Ligia, who had both of my girls when they were 18 months. If I could have stolen her away as my personal nanny, I would have done it in a heartbeat. She is the baby whisperer - I would say that if your child is slotted to be in her class, then its worth it to go just for her. She will make sure the transition away from home is as painless as possible for both you and your child. I ended up transferring my girls out after they left her class due to the constant teacher turnover. It was hard on my youngest to keep getting new people. I noted a wide range of assistant teachers, ranging from excellent to looking bored and staring at their smart phone all the time. Now my girls are both currently enrolled in a Montessori facility which is phenomenal.

Both of my girls attend CCOA at Jester. My oldest has been going for 2 years now and my youngest (18 months) has been in since she was 8 weeks old. We absolutely adore them. They are an extension of our family and I have been very pleased with our experience over the past 2 years.I love how my girls have access to sports, music, dance/gymnastics, and swimming without ever having to leave the school. I highly recommend CCOA to anyone who is looking for a childcare center.

Zach has attended Childrens Center of Austin since my first day back to work, he was 12 weeks old. The classes and teachers are amazing from any age. He is now 4 years old and every day he shares stories about his friends and activities at school. CCOA - Thanks so much for the love and attention you have given our child!

Both of our kids love going here and the teachers and staff are excellent. They have a wide variety of activities for the kids from leaning shapes and colors to splash pad time. They even offer swimming lessons and have brought in a petting zoo before.

We have been very happy with our choice to send our children to CCOA at Jester. They have programs for our preschooler as well as after care and summer programs for our elementary age child. The staff and facilities are great. I think child care facilities are a reflection of the director and Ligia is fantastic! They have a beautiful playground, indoor gym space and even a swimming pool. Our kids have a great time and I feel comfortable that they are well cared for.

All three of my kids have attended or are attending CCOA at Jester. They all have loved going there. The director and teachers are amazing and they offer so many opportunities that are unique to a preschool (an outdoor pool, gym, computer lab, library, art room, lots of field trips for the older kids and exciting in school opportunities for the younger kids (petting zoo, plays, author readings, etc..). My oldest was very prepared for Kindergarten and adjusted so easily and I think this is mainly due to his experience at CCOA.

Our little one attends CCA and we LOVE it! The director, Ligia, is very knowledgable, professional and loving to the children. The daycare serves vegetarian options which work well for us. The teachers are friendly, loving and build good rapport with the kids. They share a lot about our little ones progress, and send daily reports with photos. The facility is clean and well-equipped. When I first visited the premises, it gave me such a good feeling to send my child here. I highly recommend it!

He teachers are really good. My daughter attended CCOA as a baby and is not in Kindergarten. Her teacher was Miss. Ligia ( now the Director of CCOA) and I could ask for a move loving, caring, hands on, person for my daughter. I truly believe she is the person she is today because of Miss Ligia. My son, age 2, now attends and I could not be more happy with his teachers Miss Alysa and Miss Elena. I feel confident they are providing love, skills, and protection to him throughout the day and he adores them! They always come up with ways to make the children in their class individually feel special and loved! That does not go without notice.

We have been at CCOA Jester location since December 2012. My daughter was 2 1/2 at the time and it was her first experience in school/day care. We have had amazing teachers every step of the way, and sincerely feel that our daughter is the great little person she is because of this school. Miss Raquel, Mr. Gabriel and Miss Chaela have been outstanding influences in her life. Pre-K is wonderful here as they do 2 outings a month. All the extra-curricular activities brought in are awesome too because your child gets the opportunity to do gymnastics, dance, music, soccer, swimming - without you having to take them to it after school. Great for two working parents. When she leaves for kindergarten this fall, it will have been almost 3 years here. We will miss the teachers and the school. I highly recommend CCOA Jester location.

CCOA is the best daycare in town: our 4 year old has been thriving since he joined CCOA Jester 2 years ago. It will be hard to leave when Kindergarten time comes in the fall. The teachers are amazing and having the same teacher for the entire school year is such a pleasure. You wont find such stability and commitments from the teachers and the staff anywhere else. And we had to try several daycare facilities before falling in love with CCOA. Our son used to cry every morning at drop off time, and he never did at CCOA. Pre-K have 2 fieldtrips a month to museums, theaters, parks...the amount of learning they do is impressive. We are expecting our second child and we already know he will be joining CCOA after the summer.
