Our son loves Kid Spa and he has a couple of amazing teachers, but the director is in a zone when I dropped off our son a few times. She was unresponsive and I was concerned for his safety! It took her about 20 minutes to attempt to check us in, but she never put my son in the classroom and seemed off, so I had to wait and be late to my appointment to ensure the other teachers who were with the kids outside knew from this director Mrs. L let’s say, that he was there! I don’t feel safe with our kids with someone who is surely on or off something. In the beginning when she came, I thought she was just trying to learn and absorb, a bit overwhelmed and didn’t have a personality, but it seems that it never clicked in and it’s gotten worse with the dazed and confused over simple things 🥴! The children need an alert 🚨 person who can respond to the quickness of a tot or to an emergency. But the teachers are superb and seem to have to cover for this woman too!!

Whenever we try to drop off this location is closed with no sign or information. There are no working numbers to any kid spa locations and my emails just bounce back. The staff turnover is high and speaks volumes to how the owner manages his employees.

This is my sons first daycare . It took him a few weeks to get used to being in a new place but now he loves it! The staff is amazing . Ms. Yesnia ( I cant spell her name) is so good with the kids and my son loves her! He gives her a hug everyday before he leaves !! Best day care around!!!❤

My kids love it here! I love it, too! Very convenient and reliable. The staff engages with the children and make the stay fun.

I think it is very helpful to establish communication with parents of the kids you care for. Not everyone is just looking to drop their kids off and thats it. Staff I have encountered have not all been the most polite, if you come off as rude when I walk through the door, I am wondering why you work in a place that is supposed to be nurturing for children. I have given it a few tries since the change, but I am not super impressed. Some of the staff seem to be annoyed. And I am not happy at all that the phone hasnt been working for 2 days. I had to call 2 other locations just to try to get someone on the phone yesterday. That is something you fix ASAP. The director has answered my calls on her personal phone though. So I appreciate that.

The girls here love my Paisley Pooh!! They are amazing and its convenient for us!Update: the director is AMAZING! So friendly and knows my little Paisley as her own!

This location was Oak Haven Kids Club and recently opened as a Kid Spa location. We had to stop taking our son here due to our location and school transportation for some time, but we recently were able to bring him back. We were nervous as to what changes in management meant because our son is differently abled... we knew the staff previously was able and willing to work with him, but didnt know about the new management. Well, we were pleasantly surprised. We were assured theyd had experience with differently abled children in their other locations, including with my childs specific diagnoses. And we are happy to have him back here. The staff remembered him and he acclimated like he never left. He always has a big smile on his face when I pick him up and his behavior at home after picking him up tells me he had a good day. I cant say enough great things about the staff and the location is incredibly convenient. This is a positive and nurturing environment for children, so dont think twice and bring them here :D

Weve been using Kids Spa/Oak Havens Kids Club on and off now for the past year. Its very convenient to be able to drop my daughter off at anytime and pick her up with flexible hours since my job isnt a straight 9 - 5. My child loves going here and the staff has always been very nice. Ive never had any complaints with Kids Spa and feel very safe leaving my daughter here to be taken care of while Im away.

My son recently started at kid spa and is adjusting well he loves to play with allOf the blocks they have there . The director was very sweet and assured me he would have a great time . This is first time in a daycare setting so I was a little nervous however he is doing great .

Ms. katerhia is wonderful my daughter has been going to kids club since she was 5 months old and now it is kids spa. She is now 2 years old and very opinionated but she absolutely loves Ms katerhia as well as other school mates and teachers. She always looks forward to going to school.

I visited this center yesterday unfortunately my daughter is only 15 months old and they dont take children now until 18 months I was given a tour by a lovely lady katera (not sure if Im spelling this correctly) but she was very sweet with a big smile the center had a very calm atmosphere and seemed organized Im really looking forward to coming back into this location in December . They also had one of the cheapest hourly rates Ive seen since my husband and I have been deciding on a daycare .

Am very happy to make the switch to kids spa, the ladies there a friendly and my kids always want to go back
