I LOVE this daycare. They communicate with me. They take the time to discuss my child with me along with help me become a better parent. This daycare has brought me such a feeling of security that I was noy getting from the previous day care. I recommend Kinder care to everyone.

This place is a great daycare. I have used this daycare for the past 10 years. I can comfortably go to work knowing my children are in great hands. I absolutely love my children’s teachers. Mr. Silvano, Ms. Aurora, Mrs. Diana and Mrs. Marissa. Thank you for everything you do.

Both of my children have attended KinderCare starting as infants. In the last 1.5 years of attendance we have had nothing but great experiences. Whenever there were any issues they were quickly solved and I was updated in the steps being taken in a timely manner. Location is clean and I know my children are safe when here. I know the director, support staff, and all teachers care for my children and have their best interest in mind. I would 10/10 recommend to anyone looking for childcare in the South Austin area.

So my 5yr old started about a year ago. And this is hands down the best facility he has gone to. They are very helpful with the kids especially during this pandemic. They are very clean. His teachers are amazing. My daughter attended about 12yrs ago and loved it so much i had to enroll my son. I honestly couldnt of asked for anybody better then the employees they have already. They have helped so much during this trying time. Patience, understanding and communication what more could a parent ask for. This will be a facility i would always recommend. I love them. And im sure you will too. Just see for yourself. 🥰❤

I love KinderCare on S. Congress. My son has been at KinderCare since he was 3 months old when I went back to work after maternity leave. He is 9 months old now and I am so thankful for the love they give my son. This location has remained open for first responders and essential workers through the pandemic. I am an RN and would not be able to care for my patients without the supportive staff. This location is very clean and they take COVID seriously! Check in includes sanitation, gloves, and masks. I am highly impressed with their level of cleanliness.

My son goes here and at first I was a bit scared for him because it’s his first time in child care. I am highly pleased with his teacher Mr.silvano on how easy he made this process for me. The teacher sent through the kindercare app pictures and videos of my son everyday, which made me feel that he is at a safe facility. I love The staff they are on It with all this Covid going on. The staff in the morning and in the afternoon do a really good job at wearing protective gear and making sure the station is clean and sanitized. Overall I am grateful to have chosen a great center for my son.

My daughter Alyssa and I loved KinderCare! This was a place I could trust & knew she will be getting more than just being taken care of. She learned so much & her teachers were so sweet & always greeted us with genuine smiles & name. My daughter will be happy & some days wouldn’t want to leave. Unfortunately had to leave due to moving out of the city but if I could go back. I wouldn’t think it twice. Oh another great perk for parents is their MOBILE APP with live updates / videos/ activities/ photos of their day. Thank you KinderCare for everything!

My girls have an amazing bond with the teachers there and they also have an awesome curriculum! I asked them to help get my oldest on the potty now she is going to potty.. My 1yr old knows sign language and other things she did not know before she got there

Kindecare has always taken care of my daughter very well. Ive never had a problem with them and they communicate very well to me about events and holiday closings. I would definitely recommend Kindercare. My daughter always has a smile on her face.

My son has been at Kindercare for a little over a year now. He has a great bond with several of the teachers and even knows some of the school age teachers even though hes only 2. My son is a little difficult in the mornings at drop off time but the teachers do a great job easing my nerves. He has learned a whole lot for the year he has been at this facility and Im always amazed at how quickly he grasps the new lessons. I feel he wouldnt be as advanced if he was still at an in home daycare. The location is a plus as its been very convenient commuting from both job locations Ive had.

Love this daycare, my daughter has been going since she was 6wks old and my son a preschooler. They have learned so much being here and the staff is great! Im so glad my kids go here!

Weve been very happy with South Congress KinderCare. Our 17-month old has been there since she was 4 months old. The infant and toddler room teachers are nurturing, creative, and take wonderful care of the kids. When there have been a few incidents (a bumped head, an altercation with another kiddo, etc.), we are always called on the phone and given a detailed written report at pick-up. Her teachers have really partnered with us in all of her major transitions, and have been so helpful as weve transitioned to solids, learned baby sign, etc. We will be leaving in a few months (as my work has a preschool for which our daughter will soon be old enough), and I am already sad about leaving KinderCare. I know others have had lukewarm or negative reviews, but we have been so grateful for the KinderCare team. The entire staff has been so kind to our daughter and to us, and we have felt great about having her in their care.

Overall a subpar experience for parent and child alike.- whole facility smells... this is not a “one-off” as I thought when we walked through- staff is less than professional... they are underpaid, undereducated, undertrained, and have a fake-it-till-they-make-it mentality.- there are several daycares/schools in the area which are slightly more expensive and provide a drastically better experience- the best part about this kindercare are the opportunity for low ratio classes (cooking, music etc)-ratios FREQUENTLY exceed state mandated thresholds and the teachers (understandably) seem frazzled.- unless this is a short term thing until you figure out a better solution... OVERALL— I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.-our child was safe... the teachers were overwhelmed but nice to our kids... just wish they could have had more attention due to the ratio issues. We did really like one of the teachers... but that was about it.

I love kindercare they make me feel totally comfortable leaving my Cheyenne there. I show up at different times of the day she is always taking care of so glad I chose this place ❤

Kudos to Ms. Gina! My son Tristen has been going to Kindercare since he was two years old. Recently Ms. Gina has taken over my sons Pre-k class. I am so very impressed. He comes home every night singing his months of the year, days of week and a rainbow song about his colors. Since entering Pre-K I was a little concerned with his previous teacher because I didnt feel he was learning anything to prepare him for Kindergarten. In the past month with Ms. Gina I feel that Tristens vocabulary and educational skills have improved tremendously. Hats off to Ms. Gina and Ms. Melanie as well. Before with the previous teacher I would walk into a class of chaos and confusion when I would pick up my son. Now when I walk in, its to Ms. Melanie flashing cards of the alphabet showing the children how to pronounce the alphabet with all of the children paying attention and participating.
