It was evident to my husband and I the moment we walked into WonderWell that this was an excellent environment for our 4 year old son. Our son is thriving daily and they fostered his abilities and encouraged his growth through exploration, wonder and play.What I love most, the relationships: seeing the students really care for each other, being kind to one another. As a mom, that is all you want: For your child to remain a curious learner and to be kind.Parents, children and staff are all truly treated with dignity, respect and kindness which will reflect how my son will treat people as he grows. I love that parents have various opportunities to be involved and build our community of young learners.The staff loves teaching at this school. It shows. Great ambiance and energy. We are so fortunate to have found them. My son’s occupational therapist visits the school and commented to me that she has never seen a school like this, so many engaged happy kids.I love the founder, not only is she an absolute sweetheart and runs an exceptional school, she is truly understanding and patient with all of the parents and children, shes the rock of the school. Bonus: she is totally into design (as am I) so everything is beautifully presented and carefully thought out. From the architecture of the building, the interior design, color scheme, lighting, the landscape and play-area design, every single detail of the school is beyond inspiring. It gives me chills thinking of how they poured their souls building this school.My son’s teachers are the kindest, calming and loving teachers ever. The founder and her administrative team vets all staff and I am impressed by their keen skills in screening teachers that are passionate, kind and truly want to inspire curious learners. The teachers were handpicked out of many to offer up the best!The teachers are also very patient and understanding of the developmental stages of the children and are able to use individual approach for each child. The staff are continuously studying which enhances their love for learning as they pass this along to our young learners.The low class sizes really allow the teachers to get to know each child and his/her interests and abilities. The quality of the art material and instruction is extremely rare to find in a preschool setting.Their method - Reggio Emilia is age appropriate and inspiring, probably the only true Reggio preschool in all of Austin. This preschool is all about letting children grow and become comfortable in their own skin while instilling a lifetime of curious learning.WE LOVE WONDERWELL!

Amazing school! My three year old grandson loves this school. The teachers and administrators are loving, caring and helpful. The children begin learning the moment they enter because of the many enticing features. The beautiful book area in the main lobby has many fun and bright books to read. The classrooms are beautiful and planned perfectly for young children. You and your children will absolutely love Wonder Well!

I could not possibly say enough good things about WonderWell and our familys experiences so far. Our daughter (now 2 ½ years old) has been enrolled at WonderWell (in the pre-primary program) for about 6 months, and she has thrived in more ways than we could have ever imagined. She LOVES WonderWell, and she looks forward to going daily -- she often doesn’t want to leave at the end of the day!The facility is an immaculate, state-of-the-art building. So much thought clearly went into the design, and so much time was obviously invested in its creation. At the same time, there is a certain simplicity about the shape and architecture that lends itself to a clean, clutter-free space. Speaking of clean, WonderWell maintains a seemingly pristine facility, which is something that I think all parents can appreciate.The focal point of the facility is the beautiful courtyard where the students are free to roam, explore, and play. As someone with a health and fitness background and career, I could not be more pleased to see so much emphasis on time outdoors and movement. Along those lines, the physical education/enrichment program is absolutely, hands down the best you will find at any level of school.The faculty is an absolute cast of all-stars with truly impressive academic credentials (many with Master’s degrees) and performance. Their energy and exuberance are palpable and contagious, and it is only surpassed by their compassion for their students and their passion for guiding the children.The teachers invest an enormous amount of time with their students, the parents, and preparing their classrooms and curriculum. They are not just exceptional educators, they are incredible people. WonderWell oozes with positivity, kindness, energy, and compassion, and that is the by-product of the people who make it that way.Something is truly impressive to me is the excellence in communication at WonderWell -- be it in person, through email, or via app (the school uses Remind and SeeSaw to keep in touch with parents daily). There’s an enormous amount of time spent on effectively communicating, and that is something I think all parents can appreciate.WonderWell hinges on the Reggio Emilia philosophy, and what we really appreciate about it is the emphasis on the child and her natural curiosity, facilitating a growth mindset and inviting the opportunity to learn (not be told) valuable life lessons. It helps the children explore and define the boundaries in a healthy, appropriate manner, which is crucial to long-term learning as well as mental, emotional, and physical health.WonderWell is not just a school, it’s a community, and we feel so blessed to be a part of the WonderWell family. We love that WonderWell is so inviting to families and sponsor so many events. There’s family Friday, International Day, the Zilker Fun Run, the Fall Carnival…and more.On top of that, WonderWell routinely has community service projects where the kids learn to give back and donate through charities. Community and philanthropy are very important to us (and to emphasize to our daughter), and we are so grateful that WonderWell places such an emphasis on these things.WonderWell takes safety and compliance incredibly seriously. There’s been a police officer on campus since August, and there are multiple points of secure access that can’t be broached without proper credentials, and the school is virtually incognito until you’re in the building.Last but certainly not least is the one and only, talented Ashley Reinhardt. She is a visionary, and we are indebted with gratitude to her for her immense sacrifice and investment to create WonderWell.We could not more highly recommend WonderWell. It has quite literally been one of the greatest blessings in our lives since our little one was born.
