I went to do skills check off for ACLS and Crystal was amazing .. she provided a non stressful comfortable environment which made it easier to get the skills checked off. I would highly recommend her to everyone . :)

From the beginning, Ms. Uchida provided the guidance and support needed to verify skills. She was very patient and compassionate throughout the process, as well as very kind and sensitive. She really cares about each client and is willing to be flexible / supportive throughout the entire process.

Crystal is an excellent instructor. She was prompt with all correspondence. I no sooner placed the reservation before she was calling me to confirm. The CPR mannequins were new with monitoring lights, helpful in keeping up with compression timing. My card was emailed just a promptly. I could not be happier with the training experience.

Got CPR training for my company today. They were quickly responsive to my emails and questions I had about getting setup with training. As far as the training was concerned I felt like it was taught in a way that was easy to grasp the materials and it felt natural when we did the hands on training.
