Daughter with 6 sessions so far. Best one on one coaching/soccer training she has had in her career. High energy and positive atmosphere with great drills and techniques to improve performance. Owner and staff are wonderful. Amazing progress in a short period of time.

My 9-yr-old has been doing small group lessons with Coach Teddy. The lessons are intense. She is pretty worn out by the end but she really likes it. Her skills and confidence have improved significantly in just a few lessons. I think she likes soccer even more because of these lessons. Teddy is a great coach. You can tell he enjoys helping the kids improve their soccer skills. He is generous with his time and pleasant to chat with. We will definitely come back, maybe for camps during Spring Break or over the summer. I want to bring my 11-yr-old, too.

I have taken both my seven year old who is a talented but raw player, as well as my fourteen year old who is an advanced select player with Lonestar. We all love the training here. For my seven year old - These have been the most intense hours of training I have seen for his age. It was perfect for my son because he is an incredibly intense little dude and he is typically disappointed with the slow speed of other training programs. These sessions push him hard which is saying a lot. I love that Teddy focuses heavily on (1) always knowing what you are doing with the ball (Who are you passing to? What was the purpose of that kick?); (2) using great footwork; (3) using your body for separation from defenders; (4) pulling the trigger quickly when you have a window for shots; and (5) shooting for the corners and shooting HARD. These are great habits to learn at a young age for kids who want to play at a higher level. For my fourteen year old - My fourteen year old plays at the striker position. At her level, defenders are big, physical, and highly aggressive, and keepers are very skilled. She’s a great player but struggles being able to quickly get off of defenders into scoring position, pulling the trigger quickly even if the setup is not perfect (it rarely is), and shooting hard into the corners. As I said above, Teddy focuses on all of these things, teaching kids to make moves quickly and shoot hard at the first second of opportunity. I’m excited to see how it translates to the field.I’m impressed with Teddy’s ability to stay high energy and fast paced while at the same time keeping a focus on proper technique. He packs a whole lot into a one hour session. He is a demanding coach. Teddy is a fun and upbeat guy, but it is not a light-hearted session where kids can expect to goof off. So kids do need to be ready to focus. All of that said, my kids are worn out after their sessions and happy.

My boys worked hard, were tired in the end and also came out happy. They are 8 & 10 years old and enjoyed it more than some other programs they have done. Teddy has a great personality to encourage and push them to work on becoming their best.

This indoor soccer academy is a good facility that also accommodates drop-ins and 3v3 scrimmages in addition to training and camps. Teddy is an experienced and skilled soccer player and a great coach with a good eye for what youre doing well and what/how to improve.
