They only know how to cut hair for men. If you are a lady do not go in. Unless you are extremely descriptive and know actual hair cutting terminology you will always end up regretting. To be fair they are amazing at cutting my husbands hair just not my naturally curly hair. I have given them several chances to change my mind because it is such a great price. Unfortunately they have failed every time.
