The jiu-jitsu instruction is top rate. Coach Ingram has a talent for breaking down technique into easy to understand parts that helps out students of any experience gain valuable knowledge. On top of that, the gym is like a big family. And if think you want to compete they often travel to various tournaments around the country. So with that all said, if you are looking for a place to train do yourself a favor and drop in to see if it’s a good fit. I don’t think you will be disappointed.

My son is having so much fun in the kid’s class here. The instructors are encouraging and engaging. It has been a pleasure watching him enjoy learning in such a great atmosphere of high challenge and high invitation!

How old you have to be to get in?because i want to get in but i dont know how old you have to be. Im 16 years old or if any one know of a place where i can get in mixed martial arts please let me know.
