I’ve had a great experience with Metro city. Since COVID-19 it has been a rough time for them keeping up with classes and driving, but they are doing great. I recommend this school to a lot of people I talk to. It’s worth it to call, text, email, or sign up. The process is easy and simple.

EDIT: I’m making an edit to add that the problem was finally resolved! The new guys, especially Preston, that Mrs. Rodie hired are awesome!! They’re the coolest guys ever and always made sure to accommodate as best they could. I think with them lending some helping hands around the business, Metro might be looking up. Definitely see if you can call and speak to them! Thanks to them for their help :-)I took the adult driving course at the end of April. It is now the middle of July, and I have left numerous calls & voicemails & cannot get in contact with ANYONE to schedule a driving test. I was told that they would contact me in a few weeks because they were “behind on testing drivers.” All I want is my license. I don’t have time to wait this long !! Not worth $600. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE IF YOU WANT TO BE HANDLED PROFESSIONALLY!!!

One of the most friendly and Affordable driving schools around Baton Rouge. They make you feel right at home the way the treat you here. Super friendly team and overall I had a great experience if I had to do it all over again. I wouldn’t choose another.

To whomever is signing their child up. Please please make sure they make you aware that, once he or she passes the written test. They are making everyone wait at least 30-45 days. By law it could be 180 days. We were NOT told upfront and this has become a situation!!! Also they don’t list any of that stuff online which make the communication extremely tough!!! I would NOT recommend this driving school to anyone!!

I took the class April 1st. I called a few times and the lady told me it may not be until the end of May!! This is crazy! I shouldn’t have to wait that long. Covid has been around and the necessary precautions should have been implemented. When will I be scheduled?

Not professional at all...They ask me to make my T.I.P and now already expired and i never get my appointment at all....Just let u know its already 2 month since i coming to your classAnd i try to call u every single week and she said will call me back.Very disappointed

Very very unorganized. Taking on way too many students and dont have the staff available to accommodate. Students arent completing the driving portion until 2-3 months out. Instructor arrived late at least 3 out of 4 days. Students confidential documents and paperwork are in the eye view of the public. Company is misleading and very unprofessional. This company is trying to fill chairs! Would not recommend!!

Metro city driving academy has not set of driving time for my son who took the class over two months ago. They have not responded to any of my emails and calls. Buyer beware.

I was looking forward to my sister getting her license on her 16th birthday. After scheduling an appointment to take her road skills test weeks in advance, we got there 30 minutes prior to her appointment and nobody was there. We waited, nobody showed. We started calling all numbers associated with metro city driving academy and NO answer at all. Nothing. Her birthday was seemingly ruined and we had to scramble to find somewhere else that would let her take the road skills test that day. This place is sketchy, sucks, and I would NEVER EVER recommend it to anyone. So unprofessional, no communication, and no apologies, nothing. I would give zero stars if I could.

Tired of calling to make an appointment and no one gave me an appointment, Im upset.

The owner truly cares about the teens she is teaching and tries to put good safe drivers on the roads.She is willing to work with you when a problem arises no matter whose problem it is.

To me this is the best driving school in BR. Very informative, lowest prices around and the instructors are great. My instructor was Ms. Tabitha and although she was fairly new to teaching there, she did an awesome job. Plus their receptionist, Phoebie, was very helpful as well through the paperwork process, from the beginning to the end. I highly recommend this school. Keep up the good work ladies!!!

Metro City Driving Academy is a great driving school, I learned a lot at that school. I also had a great experience.

Great price but was late so far two days in a row. I believed in business being available when they open.

I went a few months back and it was great.

All the people who work there are very kind and patient. The price is very accessible. They fit ones schedule. There are people who speak in Spanish. Very happy to have chosen this academy to do my driving test.
