Paid for my child to take drivers ed with this company. He only drove one day and it may have been for an hour. I’ve been reaching out to them for him to get more driving time and no one is calling me back to schedule that. I was told someone would contact me during the Thanksgiving holidays and that didn’t happen either. I mean all I’m asking for is for him to get more driving time.

This school is now closed. If your child was registered and/or took all, some, or none of their training here, you will need to contact the OMV to receive a letter of completion for the classroom, if they completed it, and a refund for any portion of the class not taken.

It was the best experience of my life. They were so sweet and i had the best driving instructor. I would recommend this school to everyone that needs to take the course. They are quicker at driving then most schools here. The class was really fun when the state trooper came in to do a presentation. Really appreciated everything!

Absolutely loved Tiger Driving School. They were so nice and accommodating. The staff was very professional. They worked around my school and baseball schedule and I was able to get my learners permit with no problems. I highly recommend them.

I took this class a few years ago and the class was great. The teacher was so funny and knowledgable. I got 8 hours behind the wheel and my driving instructor took me on all types of roads even on the highway which was good experience. I passed my driving and written test with no problems. I highly recommend taking driving classes here.

It’s a good driving school just wished I had my full license before college Mrs.Renee was my driving instructor sometimes she would ask me to speed up and sometimes she would asked me to slow down I could tell she gets a little nervous kinda making myself nervous we would talk while I was driving to Gonzales I thought I earned my full license since I was 18 passing the test made a good score behind the wheel once I drove back to my house she said I needed to start off with a permit. I was really upset because I need my full license before my graduation so I could drive to my college

My daughter attended this driving school after taking the class, it only took a month for her to start driving. Not sure what other reviews were talking about because she drove for a full 8 hours, first through neighborhoods then on major streets. The owners issued her the correct test, and going to the DMV for her license was no trouble.

Do not take your child here, these people should not be in business, they are not reliable, they misrepresent themselves and they are looking to make a quick buck. They do nothing that they promise to provide. And try to throw things extra at the last minute. Mr. Jack Shoemaker one of the instructors who is a former Marine doesnt live up to the code and honor of Semper Fi. He is rude and obnoxious. The owner Miss Renee was trembling when she was asked to provide a copy of the . registration contract, Waste of money. I will be reporting them to the Office of Motor Vehicles and the Better Business Bureau as well as the Parish District Attorneys Office.

Tiger was decent. The staff is very sweet and nice. However, there were some things I didnt exactly enjoy. I paid about $400 and some change for this class, and at my orientation they informed us that it would be about 2 months before we could start our driving hours. I wasnt very happy about that (especially since I would be making 17 soon and I was hoping it would be quick and fast to get my license). However, I guess it is understandable since they were backed up from the flood, I just wish this would have been somewhere on the website. Additionally, since I paid around $400 for these classes, I was expecting more than just proctors sitting and reading off a PowerPoint slide to me. They would also give us frequent breaks (sometimes 15 minutes, or even an hour). I dont dislike Tiger, but I could have gone somewhere cheaper and been in and out. I finished my classes March 18th (one day after my 17th birthday) and as of May 22nd, I have not started my driving hours (or even gotten a call to schedule the hours). I guess I shouldve just gone somewhere else, but this was closer to my house. Just a heads up to everyone. Once the wait clears up Im sure this wont be so bad.

If only I had did my research before paying $395 per child. I have reported this school to the motor vehicle office. My husband and I started this process wanting to make sure that our kids had the proper knowledge and training. Renee has been a nightmare to deal with. Shes unprofessional and lacks customer service skills. My girls started this process in a July it wasnt until October that we rcvd a call to start the 8hrs of driving. After day one only 2 hrs Renee tells us my daughter can drive and she can release her we decline we know our child and told her we wanted her with her 8 hours that we paid for. The next session 2 hours she tells us my daughter is a safety Hazzard and shes not comfortable because my daughter is too short. Renee no longer wants to drive her around due to her height. First this information about height requirements is not listed anywhere. If it had been then we would have not registered her for the class. So now my child didnt get her proper driving along with Renee showing how nervous she was frightened my child so we are building her confidence back. Now its time for my other child and again 4 hrs of driving Renee stated shes ready to release her only to advise us that bc we only have guardianship of her we can not signed paperwork for her to get license she has to wait until shes 18. So why did we pay for your services Tiger Driving the kids had more breaks than being taught anything. You didnt provide 8 hrs of driving and you Renee took the driving time to discuss with our girls how my husband and I parent when you should have been doing what we paid you to do.You dont even deserve a star rating. We have contacted our attorney and reported this company money is obviously all they care about getting kids in and out.

Do NOT go here!!! The woman driver, Renee, who worked with my daughter, appeared more nervous than my daughter. She appeared incompetent to us. She kept riding the break and giving my daughter mixed signals about what to do while driving, such as not stopping quick enough for stop signs then telling her she was slowing down too far back for stop signs. This just confused her more!! She gave my husband and I incorrect information about how our child was driving and did NOTHING to help her learn to drive!! We have spent more time UNDOING the damage done. We just found out a friend of my daughter had the SAME experience.I have 2 more children and they will be going somewhere else and we will be warning EVERYONE we know about this terrible experience!

Please. Learn from my mistake! Do NOT go here! Sure, they are less money. But you will pay for it a hundred times over. First of all, the class length was not as promised. 6 hours one day, 4 the next, 2 the third, and class cancelled the fourth day. Then, it took more than 3 months to get the driving in, on account of the rain. What? This is Louisiana! Dont they have a plan for rain? When that finally happend we went to the OMV and they said the envelope wasnt sealed properly so we had to take it back. When all that was settled we went to the OMV and Tiger Driving had issued the wrong test series! In February they changed they changed the test series and he took the class in May. Pleaee. Go somewhere else!
