Our child is in the gifted and talented program and we love this school. Other children in our family have also attended this school and went on to do amazing things there after... LSU, CAREER, FAMILYIF YOURE HAVING A PROBLEM AT SCHOOL AND YOU ARE A STUDENT THEN MAYBE YOU NEED TO BE AWARE OF ACCOUNTABILITY. LOOK THE WORD UP IN YOUR DICTIONARY IF YOU HAVE ONE. IF NOT GOOGLE IT

I am a teacher at this school and I enjoy the environment very much. No school is without issues, and our school is no exception, but we have a proactive and dedicated school staff that takes pride in what they do. Our school takes student opportunities seriously and we strive to prepare each and every student for long term success after they have left our middle school environment. Our school consistently meets and often exceeds district and state test standards in core subject areas, we have an active athletic program, and we offer many high school credit courses. We set high expectations for student behavior in the classroom and throughout the school which is occasionally criticized when others disagree with holding students accountable for their actions.

Great school! All 3 of my kids attended. My oldest is at LSU and my second child is in a Magnet school. Last kid is doing well in this school! Faculty and staff really care about the kids.If you complain , you may be a part of the problem. It takes a village.

I go to this school, and I think it is a good one. Im in the gifted program. If your child is in gifted and talented, they should go to this school.

Oh god where do i start. notice, how all the teachers like to cover up the horrible truth of woodlawn middle. we students are going to speak out though. please dont go here for the sake of yourself. they claim its not bad, and there are children who would die to go to school. well they wont die for this one

Im only in 6th grade and its okay. They have really weak punishments for the bullies. And the school is not bad its just the students that make it bad.

Its so bad there are alot of rights and we hardly ever do anything and when we start to be able to take a test we fail!!!it needs huge improvments!!
