Very pleasant store the manager even helped me look for a grocery cart during the pandemic and the hurricane and the days after

This is the junkiest Family Dollar Store Ive been in and when I needed help the cashier just pointed and said check back there. Mind you she had no customers at the registers. This store is so messy and boxes are everywhere.

I absolutely LOVE this branch!! The manager and two of her employees always recognize me when I come in the store, the manager herself always remembers me and will inquire how I’m doing and she always remembers anything I’ve told her regarding my life, she’s so welcoming and treats me like family, she’s AWESOME!! Kudos to her and she’s a definite asset to Family Dollar and I’m not an easy person to please!!

Disgusted at the customer service at this store. It seems like one of the doors have an issue. I walked into the store and the lady at the counter exclaimed that some people just dont know how to read and I said nothing. When I went to check out same lady and her counterpart argued me down about the price of the item...it looked like $1.00 but it was $1.50 thing is the $.50 was covered with a white tape like paper but apparently this should not have deter me from seeing the price because I was supposed to waste my time and read the description of the item next to the item I picked up when the space was empty. I called the store to speak to a manager twice no one answered. Now Im trying their corporate office. What they taught me...reading is fundamental, what Im going to teach them...Customer Service 101.

Its great if you dont mind the trash around the building.

This store made progress for about a week and then slumped downhill again. They are disorganized and unsanitary. For the second time, I have bought ice cream from this store that had obviously been sitting out long enough to melt and then put into the freezer. I thought maybe it had just become freezer burnt until I reached the bottom to find half of the ice cream was ice. This stores negligence is going to cause someone to get sick. DO NOT GO HERE.

I love the staff & the store always has what I need. It could use some spring cleaning but overall Im pleased.

Its unacceptable that everytime you go to this location, theres always boxes of merchandise in the aisles. Its so bad you cant get to the things you need on the shelves. This has been an ongoing issue at this location. I get theyre under staffed, but they need to hire more ppl or even get ppl from other stores to come and help this location out until they get everything situated.This is bad for business especially when theres a Dollar Tree and Everythings A Dollar not even a mile away.They need to get this store up to par ASAP!!! That means, get this merchandise of of the boxes and on to the shelves and of course get it fully staffed.

This store never opens on time.im sitting here waiting on them to open.They are supposed to open at 8am and its 8:05. Not only are they not open no one is even here.VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!

THIS STORE IS CONVINCE TO A SUPERMARKET, AND AM ALBERTSONS, SO WHATEVER I DONT GET HERE I CAN GO TO A REAL SUPERMARKET.

The store was a mess boxes blocking aisles couldnt get to items. Shelves empty of products. Outside is always with trash on grounds. Maybe 2 to 3 ppl working the store.

They have finally cleaned the store! Hope it stays tht way.

Usual stuff you fund in a dollar store, but particularly understaffed, and they are slow

Worst store, very tacky associates, spend their break time up front chatting with the associates that are working distracting them. Horrible customer service. I assume the other manager quit. It wasnt like this when she was here!!!!

They have rude staff loud music on when purchasing your items I hate going in this store cause of the disrespectful rude staff..
