Called ahead and they were out of what I wanted but provided a slightly more expensive substitute that turned out to be much better than my original choice.

Great staff. Open layout and typically not too busy.

Love this place. Stock can sometimes be a bit low but when I need something they never disappoint. They are always helpful and they actually listen to you when you say what you are trying to do.

Its hard to compete with Amazon. I can say that the copy/print services staff were friendly and the services are reasonably priced. Id consider using them the next time I need large format items printed, especially laminated or on foam board.

This place is uninspiring and you can find better prices online. I thought the staff was helpful, at first. The staff member who came to offer assistance mocked one of my friends who had come shopping for ink when she asked questions about what the numbering on the various cartridges meant. With the very few customers we observed we could not figure out how such a large place could afford to stay open. I see corporate bankruptcy in their future if this place is indicative of their overall business model.

The service for printing was EXTREMELY slow. I went in on 1/28/18 around 2 pm. The young lady working there took a while to even acknowledge that I was there even though I was right in front of her. I was the only person in line, but once 3 other people arrived, she helped all 3 of them before me. And again, Im literally right in front of her face.

Its a pretty bare store but if you need the odd office supply or even a desk, its a good place to go. Its never really busy either.

Went to the store to get business cards. Clerk behind the print counter was very rude and put me off behind a telephone call. After 5 plus minutes with her on the phone and me waiting, I departed. Sad I was there before the phone call. Wont return. Try and find a local stationary store.

Workers are not trained properly. While I was waiting to pay for my items the cashier was on his phone texting. What the hell! I felt uncomfortable because people can still your credit card information nowadays. I don’t know if that was what he was doing but he shouldn’t have been on his phone while I’m waiting for him to approve my card. Also! The prices are bit expensive. I won’t be back and will only get my items elsewhere.

I just wanted to give Timothy a shot out. No, he didnt save the day; no, he didnt pull some over the top customer service miracle. I want to single him out simply because of his genuine and sincere approach. Lets face it, Office Depot isnt exactly the Ritz Carlton. You dont expect hot towels or bathroom attendants. At most, you can hope for someone who isnt swimming in apathy, head phones in their ears, counting the minutes until they can leave, activly avoiding anything resembling active problem solving. And hey, I dont blame them! BUT every once and a while, you get someone like tim who by all reasonableness, shouldnt care.. But does. Tim, thanks for getting up off of your knees when you saw me walking by, asked if I needed anything, and leading me to the other end of the store just to point to something you were close enough to touch.OD... I hope youre treating that guy right.

I always get good service here. Today there was a young man named Eric, who explained my chooks would better off with eat buffs even though the list from school called for head phones. He also pointed out skull candy eat buds were really good and that a particular model was on sale for 9.99. Then I encountered Eric again add my cashier since the store was busy. He pointed out that I would get $15 off my bill for joining the rewards club. I never did this but since I had already received good service I did. He did this party quickly which I appreciate. Lastly I had bought two folding tables and it was pouring outside. He took one I took the other andas when we got to the entrance I said you wait here and I will come back . As I struggled to get everything in the car, here comes Eric with the table above his head as brings it to me. In a dessert of good customer service this is very refreshing. I hope Eric gets a raise.

TERRIBLE!! I paid for an order online and picked it up in store. They told me after 7 days Im issued a credit and the items are restocked. Though they found my order then pro added to tell me even though I was never issued a credit they could let me re purchase them in store today and I could receive a credit in 3-5??!?!What a dang joke. No email I ever received stated I was to pick them up within 7 days. And I never recieved the first credit. Why would I buy the items a second time and just hope they a totally gave me a credit?!?!

Its a standard Office Depot, with all of the things you expect an Office Depot to have. They do sometimes run short on supplies during big school shopping times.

I was a regular shopper at this store. However, yesterday, I went to make copies of some extremely important papers. Since they had to be in color, I had to hand them to an employee who turned out to be not only incompetent, but dishonest. I was given back my copies and originals, but he somehow managed to misplace the most important paper. I contacted the store manager, who then called this particular employee to inquire about the missing papers. He then proceeded to lie about ever be given the papers to copy. I will never set foot into this particular store again

When shopping for a printer, young guy on the floor seemed to know his stuff. Also, had to return something with a receipt another time and although the cashier seemed all too pleased to politely tell me no, the manager stepped in, and fairly allowed me to make the exchange.

Rude, aggressive service. I had the audacity to show up 15 minutes before closing to grab something, which meant I got followed around the store and repeatedly asked what I needed (a notebook)--to the point I got flustered and actually ended up grabbing the wrong one. It was chaos in there because they had already shut down the registers even though, yes, they were still open and, yes, several customers were still in the store. So clearly us customers were a huge inconvenience. Then, the cashier and manager teamed up to ask me over and over if I wanted a rewards card, no matter how many times I said no. That ended with the manager rolling his eyes at me and stomping away. Dont come here. And if you do, heaven forbid it be near closing time

They usually have everything that I need at a reasonable price. Not usually a long line. Always am asked if I need help.

Sales were readily available to assist without being asked!

I liked my experience, when I was ready to check out and waiting, they immediately open 2 more registers and I loved that. it definitely isnt walmart when it comes to checking out, lol. I sort of wish someone would at least ask once if youre looking for anything in particular so you wont be wondering around but I would definitely recommend this location.

The printing center service is absolutely awful. The manager literally saw the huge line and did nothing to help his single staff member working the center. The staff member was rude and condescending. Save yourself the trouble and just drive down the street to Bennington Ave and go to the USPS there.
