This schools dress code is sexist and stupid. the school believes its more important for a distract free environment for guys than a girls education. because a guy not being able to see shoulders and legs is more important than a girls education.

Our son is in Summa at Meadow Park. He LOVES going to school. His classes are engaging and fun, especially humanities. Also loves band. I would recommend it highly.

I was a past student who moved away. When I was at this school, it was the worst time of my life. The teachers dont know what their talking about and neither do the students. Not to mention the bullying problem. To all parents, I highly recommend you send your kids somewhere else.

1 star and even that is much more than what this school actually deserves. My child went to this school for one day and in that one day it was like a million years in hell. Im so glad I took her out.

Good school, but Too bad its located next to Nike the smell of the Sweatshop gear stinks.. this is where they wash all the Blood Sweat and Tears out of all the Sweatshop gear before they take it to Niketown. Its sad child labor is still so popular in America.

As an ongoing student at MPMS, i can safely say that you will regret sending your child here. The staff solves no problems and are waaaay too proud. Every hall is bland enough to remind you of a prison, and so can the staff. Please, save yourself the drama and please do not send your child/student here.

Its a great school people say that its ghetto but its really just like any other middle school:)

This school is terrible. My student is a new and has done his best to fit in. Unfortunately, as the new kid hes been targeted and bullied at least four times. Hes not awkward or mean, just new. In addition to having those issues, when I approached the school administration about the bullying, they said they would monitor and encourage all students to get along. It appears as though prevention is not on their list of priorities. Law enforcement is called to this school at least once a week because many students are out-of-control. Aside from that, student expectations are set very low- the average student does not have homework, seems only students participating in the Summa program (gifted) are required to have homework. Its almost as though average students are written-off as lost causes. Wish I had moved to Hillsboro where there appears to be a better school district.

Ok school. Great band and summa program but otherwise just an ordinary middle school.

As a summa student some may blame me of only liking this school because of that fact, but that is sort of true, summa is an awesome place it is like family but if your child does not have the ability to get in summa they may not enjoy there time at mpms.

Contrary to popular belief, this school is actually a great. Although, I think its a little unequal how the Summa kids get science fair, and the kids who arent in Summa dont have that opportunity. The band program here is great, and so is Summa. :D

Kids and staff at this school will drive you to kill yourself or harm yourself. If you could rate negative stars i would do it without even having to think about it. Staff at this school take terrible actions and suspend over stupid reasons and you get in trouble if you try to stop bullying or talk to any teachers or staff about it. If you go into the school with an adult to report bullying or harassment of you or someone else they say theyll monitor it and truley do nothing, as if bullying is not a priority. This is a school full of only bullys and terrible staff. Please dont let anyone attend this school as you will soon regret sending a student here. As a student that dropped out of this school due to severe bullying and many death threats and more driving me to many suicide attempts and many bad eating habits all because of the students and staff of Meadow Park Middle school. Staff couldnt care less about the students and are not good at teaching. All together this is a TERRIBLE school.

This school is okay, I guess. The teachers (especially in Summa) are pretty good, and I thought a got a decent education in my three years there. However, there were two big problems. First, there was a lot of bullying. I was bullied a small amount, but some people were constantly harassed. I knew a couple people who thought about/tried to commit suicide. Also, the school is constantly making mistakes. In 7th grade, I got my schedule and I was in non-Summa classes for Science and Humanities (I was supposed to be in Summa), and the school didnt fix it for two weeks. Thats two weeks that I was learning the wrong curriculum. Also, my math teacher was constantly making mistakes in calculations- which is pretty bad for someone who is supposed to be teaching algebra. I know one girl who was in the higher math for half the year because her test was graded wrong, causing her to get a much lower grade than she could have gotten. And one boy in my Spanish class spoke fluent Spanish, but he was in the Intro to Spanish class for the entire sixth grade year because the school wouldnt change schedules.

I mean when u see all the 5 stars and how every one of them is from summa and the 1 stars are from just reguler school its not hard to see what the problem is dont ya think

This school is amazing,all of these old review are outdated.Did you know that this school has the second best growth rate(meaning your childs scores WILL improve) in the whole USA and the top SUMMA scores nationwide.This a a GREAT school.

I hate this school so much I am a student and mpms and I would not recommend sending your kid here, there is drugs bulling and when I go into the bathroom they always smell like weed and it is not ok so do not send your kid here
