I gave my driving test today with 30 mins warm up with CHRIS....He is an awesome trainer and he made me feel so comfortable during warm up..he shared all the necessary guidelines and topics which will be covered during the test...CHRIS is very informative and makes you feel easy...1st I was nervous but CHRIS you made me feel very comfortable and thats how I passed my test today for the 1st attempt😃 But I would say practicing a lot b4 giving test is important...CHRIS thank you so much for training me up just in 30 mins.....YOU ARE JUST AWESOME...

Great driving experience, pool road test experienceI drove in Europe before practising with this driving school, and its still the first month that I live in America. By far, I have practised with 3 instructors they are fantastic, patient and skilled, very helpful for me to get familiar with the road and execute the code.Had one attempt for road test today, it was with a female instructor that I previously saw who examine other young drivers while I was practising with other instructors. Moment of truth, she was not patient, know that was my first road test, she started the situation questions even before I couldve even finished my seat setting up. Driving is about planning ahead, in England, were allowed to use GPS as part of road test without supervision and most of examiners gave instructions way ahead we reach to that point. What I found dangerous with this examiner is she gave instructions very late. My road test ended the first 10 mins while I was trying to question her what she wanted me to do ( it was around 30m away from a corner, I need to plan ahead ), although she was still talking about how she could have failed me when we were even getting out of the parking. Unpleasant experience !

The guidance from all my 3 instructors (Chris, Matt, Adam) improvised my driving and boosted my confidence whilst on road. They are polite, patient and continously share feedback / tips on techniques. Highly recommend scheduling sometime with Chris who is also an examiner, he worked on my weak areas by explaining in a manner that was easy to understand and execute.911 Driving School is a busy place, and you might have hard time finding slots with your favorite instructors particularly in summer. The staff is very responsive to any requests/ questions and assist whether you either call or drop by.I definitely recommend this place for lessons & test based on my overall experience.

My husband and myself both took the knowledge and road test from this driving school. The staff was very kind, soft spoken, encouraging and thorough with the knowledge point of view. Today I passed my road test conducted by Matt. He cleared my doubts, was very polite and professional and gave good driving tips as well. I loved my experience with 911 driving school, Bellevue. The instructor was very patient and supportive. I was nervous to begin with but because my instructor was so friendly and helpful I could pass the road test :)I would definitely recommend 911 driving school Bellevue to anyone who is trying to learn how to drive and for getting their first license.

I did both the knowledge and road test from this location. They got an option of doing a warm up with the road test, I found it helps with the pre-test anxiety and takes the edge off. My examiner Matt was courteous, professional, and an awesome guy! Great staff overall! Also, love the setup of this place. Highly recommend!

Janelle is a fantastic instructor! Super understanding and flexible for helping students. Highly recommended. She went out of her way to help us and we are so grateful for that.

Pros- I took 4 classes and with 3 different instructors. 5 Stars to the instructors(Adam & Donna) and the examiner(Matt). Adam was extremely helpful and an amazing instructor. He would answer my 1000 questions with patience and explained them extremely well. Matt was an amazing examiner, I was a bit nervous but before the test but he boosted my morale and it really helped, even before starting the exam, I had some doubts, Matt helped them clarify. Overall Adam and Matt were amazing.Cons- poor management. They wont pick calls, had to write them twice, checking for assigning schedule. Although they revert back(after 2 days) but the response time is frustrating. They should hire more staff to respond better to people inquiring for lessons and help them scheduling easy.

I booked for a 35 mins practice session + DOL testing. The experience was positive. They really wanted me to pass the test and helped me practice maneuvers to be asked to performed in the test.

Getting the knowledge and road test is pretty hassle free here. Road test with warm-up package is great to calm your nerves before the test and clear your doubts (if any) before you actually begin your road test. Special shout-out to Janelle who is an awesome instructor and is very helpful.

I took the knowledge test+ 5 classes + road test. The instructors and staff are very friendly and shared good feedback on how to improve.Phil, my teacher is a great guy to learn from and answers all questions very calmly. Really enjoyed learning from him. Chris (the examiner), Vicky and the rest of the staff too were very encouraging and courteous on the day of the test. Highly recommend!

My wife, Helen, did the written test and the road tests at this driving school. She passed her second road test this weekend. I instructors and staff are all kind and professional. Once the gentleman knew my wifes native language was not English, he spoke slowly and made sure my wife could understand the instructions in the road test. This school is a great one to get the driver license! We recommend this school strongly.

Matt was a great examiner, he was very helpful and helped calm my nerves before the test. He also helped me stay calm during the test and the test went wonderfully. It is hard to get a hold of the school itself and I had to call a few times to schedule my test. But overall I’d recommend

The instructors were good. I took 10 classes and Mr. Mathew Knight was my instructor for 6 classes. He was a thorough professional and an excellent instructor. I am very happy to have him during my training.Cons: No one attended the call when I wanted to talk to them. I at least tried 20-30 times to get some one to talk to me.Overall, my experience with my instructor was very good.

I had the driver’s ed + 5 drives + test package. Janelle was the class instructor and also driving test proctor. In class, she elaborated quite well and provided us with real world applications that she had experienced when she was a law enforcement officer.Great testing proctor as well; before the test she let me ask some questions to clarify before we started driving so that was nice. Deduction of points was fair and reasonable. She wasn’t the super nit-picky, out-to-get-you type of instructor that some of my friends had when they were testing for their license.The drive lessons were productive, I had Holly and Adam as my instructors and both were very helpful and polite.

I knew how to drive a car but was not aware of the rules of road here in USA. I failed for six times in the road test and was almost ready to give up on getting a license but gave it one last chance upon my wife’s suggestion and then I met “Matt”, what an examiner, what a person, he’s just tremendous at everything. He guided me so well, gave me confidence that I can clear this with ease and talked me through so that I don’t feel intimidated (which I was with previous examiners) and I cleared my road test. I took my driving test yesterday. The instructor, Matt, taught me how to use his car before the test, which was very helpful. I enjoyed talking with him throughout the ride as it made me a lot less nervous. I would highly recommend testing with 911 and Matt if you get the chance!

I really enjoyed working with 911 Driving School. The teachers were always entertaining and made fun small talk during drives, while providing me with useful advise. I just finished my drive test with Matt and found him to be great at minimizing the awkwardness (the drive test is required to have no small talk) and stress associated with a drive test. Overall, I have had a very positive experience with them and suggest 911 Driving School to anyone interested in it.

Just took the road test twice. When I failed the first tes, the instructor was very kind and walked me through why I lost all the points I did. The second instructor (Matt?) was also kind, and his demeanor made me feel confident while I took the test.

My wife and I had a great experience in getting our driving license here.1. Appointments were easy to schedule and they were flexible to allow us booking two slots at one go.2. Chris and Matt were great instructors and taught us lots during driving lessons. They were also very detailed and could answer any questions I have asked. Could see that they were really interested in helping us becoming a safe driver and also pass the test. YMMV with other instructors.

A little busy and harder to get ahold of due to covid, otherwise, very pleasant to deal with. Efficient once everything is booked.I would recommend popping by rather than calling if possible. (email is probably fine too!)

Scam alert. I have taken road test twice with them and both times I failed with approx. 6ish marks. Second time fail was seriously uncalled, it felt the examiner had already decided the end result before even starting the test. He gave instructions late and then deducted marks for late signaling. He even deducted my marks for not checking left blind spot that was definitely not the case with me. I opted not to argue at the end but I wont ever recommend the school to my friends as of course nobody wants to loose confidence unnecessarily. Yelp is full of similar bad experiences thats very uncool. My husband gave test around 6 years back and he had a very nice experience. I guess it depends on the current staff.Note : Examiners mask was not properly covering his nose.

As just recently arrived in the US, and having a UK license I had to go through passing my driving test again.The team at 911 made this super easy. They had plenty availablity, allowed me to retry the theory once and then booked me in on the same day for a warmer pre test session and the test itself. My instructor Chris was very professional, walked me through the driving test step by step and evaluated my current skills and provided some feedback and how to ace the test.Warmly recommend them!Thank you Chris and Tim

Great experience! They let you know if you passed immediately (both for written and road test) so you can schedule the next steps quickly. Matt was a super nice tester, made sure to set me up for success rather than cause more anxiety. Would recommend! PS: bring your own car if you can, driving a different car under test conditions takes some adjusting.

If you never drove a car or are a great driver who used to drive in another country or state, it’s a great investment to learn from 911 driving school. I never drove a car before and had a fear about it. I scheduled 6 lessons and a test. it was an awesome learning experience . I got 4 different trainers and all of them taught few tricks and tips which gives confidence in driving defensively.Got perfect feedback required for a new driver at perfect moments with clear instructions.They will tell u good stories to remember simple techniques in driving.Thanks so much Matthew, Chris,Camryn and Janelle will remember your word of advice :)

I gave knowledge test as well as behind the wheels test here. Matt was great examiner to have for your test day. He is very calm and patient and very clear with his instructions. Would definitely recommend taking a warm up session before the test to get yourself familiarized with the vehicle. I wanted to practice parallel parking and backing along the curb and Matt definitely gave good pointers about what to do and what not to do. Overall a great experience.

Excellent experience with 911 driving school. Adam Bailey was great! He told me the tricks needed to parallel park and reverse along a curve. His method of teaching is really effective.

I had Chris, Julie, Matt, and Adam as my instructors. All of them were extremely patient with me and gave me really useful tips. They really helped me build my confidence to drive. Matt was my examiner, and my test went very smoothly. Everyone I interacted with here was very friendly and helpful. I used to drive back in India, but I can honestly say that I only learned how to parallel park properly from my instructors here. Big thanks to Julie for teaching me the right seat position for driving.Scheduling driving lessons was also very easy, and had no issues.I would highly recommend 911 Bellevue to anyone looking to learn driving and/or gain confidence in driving or even just to learn some really useful tips to get better!

Hello!.I went in today for a practice test and drive test and I MUST say this is one of the best driving schools Ive been to!. I have took a few practice test drives with other driving schools around the area but non of who which were ever able to give me a great experience such as 911 driving academy in Bellevue!!. Instructor Chris was absolutely amazing! Chris was very calm/patience with me and told me what I was going to be looking forward to before the drive and that helped ease my anxiety from legit stress from the yelling and eyerolling from my previous experiences with other driving instructors . The professionalism and understanding instructor was what helped me relax and pass my driving test at the 1st try!! I will recommend this place to all it friends and families!! Make your driving experience and test as east and relax as possible. :)

After NOT driving for almost 15 years I had to start over again to get my WDL and serendipitously I was able to accomplish the Driving Skills Test portion at the Bellevue branch of 911 Driving School. I was able to complete my Driving Lessons and Driving Skills Test smoothly in just 2 days. Kudos to the Staff, Vickie, Jackie, Matt, Chris, and Adam, who are all very professional and made feel at ease throughout the whole experience. Im a young lady who went in for my knowledge test about a month ago. Unfortunately for me, I didnt pass, but I was able to talk to them about setting a new appointment in the future online. I decided to set an appointment for the next day at 12pm and later that night, I realized I would not have transportation to the appointment. I dont drive currently, so I have to take an Uber and I couldnt afford it. I called them at 11am the next morning to cancel my appointment. There was no answer, so I left a voicemail stating my name and that I need to cancel my knowledge test.When I called back days later to reschedule, no one answered. I called in the morning at work and in the afternoon at lunch. I called the next day in the afternoon numerous times and each left me with multiple rings and no lead to a voicemail. I have been calling this morning and no one has answered. Redmond 911 Driving School doesnt allow me to take my test there on the $35 I paid, they are not the same at all. Also, the woman I spoke on the phone was extremely rude to me. I do not feel like 911 Driving School is a good place to go, they do not treat people very well at all.Edit:They responded to my review and let me know that they appreciate me letting them know about my appointment. I feel that their response from 4 weeks ago was very nice and showed a lot of care to my concerns. I appreciate them

I went for 20 classes here. It was really a very good experience. My instructors Matt, Chris & Julie were great to teach me about all the rules & regulations of the roads and to be a defensive driver. I would recommend this school to everyone whoever stays in and around Bellevue.

The oppointment process on the website wasnt that simple the first time. Once that was done everything else was smooth. Very professional, all the health measures are implemented and people is nice.

Trying to get into a make up class, called twice and emailed my info and time, but they wont answer, now i have to make up the makeup class, they cant even tell us the zoom link for the make up class or sent it with the email that says you are scheduled to make up that class at that timethe instructors are fine but the communication is lacking alot

It has been a wonderful experience with great group of people.

Jaki is very kind and helpful to me. She explained the necessary information for my drivers license well and showed good manners. I dont understand why some clients complain about the staffs here. Some customers keep asking the same questions they asked. Some customers thenselves make schedule mistakes and complain to the staffs. If we respect them, the staffs also help us well. It looks like that a few staffs seem to cover a lot of things, so don’t just think about only your sistuation.

Most of receptions not friendly at all. I had a hard time to contact through phone( no answering ), but the reason I am giving 5 star because of Mrs. Razavi and Melissa. They were really helpful, professional and polite. Thank you both.

Super rude staff. Not helping at all.As Bellevue center website is not working, I went to office and asked for help. The customer service manager Jackie just started shouting saying that we dont have patience. I showed that website is not loading even after 2 minutes.She was not helpful at all and very rude.Instead of communicating the real issue that website is not working she was just making us wait.I asked her to help me on how we can register on the website. Her answer was not in a good taste. In a way she was mocking us.In these times of pandemic, where people are extra helpful, my interaction with Bellevue 911 school was disturbing,

OK. Updates for my previous review below. Jackie from the driving school called me back and apologized for missing my calls. I bet they must be super busy due to lacking of people in the office. Anyway, she is very nice and helpful and sent me all the info. we need. So, changed from one star to 5 now. :)I signed up 911 for my son, but I dont get any emails to access to their online classes. Called them almost 10 times, but nobody answered my calls. Emailed them 3 times, but nobody replied my emails. I even sent them facebook messages. Of course, no replies. Whats wrong of this company??!!! :( Very bad impression and bad customer service. The only email I got is the registration confirmation email, so they charged $$ very quick, but cant even answer my call or reply my emails??!!! Very frustrating. Wish I could give them no star. :(

The young woman who accepts the receptionist is really rude. Evaluating your guests appearance is not your job. This is an employee who looks quite young. The representative of this business needs to educate staffs well.

Definitely taught me well and serves its purpose. I got my license no problem and I appreciated the info I was given.The instructors can be very intimidating, and a little unfriendly and alienating, although its not all of them.Im knocking off three stars because I experienced scheduling errors almost every appointment I had, I heard some transphobic comments at the front desk and some of the staff were not wearing masks properly during the pandemic.

My kid just finished the web based Teen Drivers Education course and having had 2 other kids who were able to take the class in person, I am confident that this method was comparable. To be honest, the class seemed way overbooked, but with this being Covid times, I decided to wait it out. Janelle did a phenomenal job managing the workload, truly. My kid felt comfortable with her teaching style. As this was online, I could listen in. Janelle was engaging and relatable. She was consistent in each class and made herself available for questions. Very impressed!

I dont like the teacher cutting lesson time 15 min at least 10 min. I have had a ten lesson l just saw 2 teacher was good. It is not very helpful after l take my all class l cant say l am good at parking becouse in ten class l hust do 30 min parking. It is a waste money.

The entire staff is rude & arrogant especially the male guy, he just doesnt have any sense to talk. He screams a lot even though you dont do any mistakes, he has the big attitude. Entire staff dont have any manners, they just behave like they are the boss and own the customers. They dont respect their customers at all.Worst experience I have ever had in the US in the last 7 years. I DONT RECOMMEND this place to anyone. Please save yourself and go to other driving schools.

I already knew how to drive when I moved to the US (right-hand side drive though through the chaotic traffic of Indian roads) but still went over to 911 driving school for a couple of lessons before taking the road test. I met 3 instructors in all and loved my conversations with all of them. They were helpful and pointed out tidbits about driving in Washington. They genuinely want to you be good drivers and eventually succeed in the test.Thank you to Adam, Julie and Mark!

Well to be honest I had the best experience with this private school! I went there by 11 am to take the knowledge test and later on by 4 pm I was schedule for the road test. I had previous experience driving about 7 years ( I was a taxi driver for a while too) I didnt expected not to pass but the examiner told me that he liked how I was driving and I scored 96 from 100!Great job guys keep on!

I went there to pass tests for the driving license, and the receptionist was really nice to me, I just told her my intentions and she explained everything to me and did everything herself, so I passed the written test and the lady offered me to schedule my skills test! So everything was great! I ordered warm-up plus the test! My instructor was Jessi, and she was very respectful, trained me a couple things while warm-up, showed me the right way of maneuvering and was very nice to me! While test everything was fine, and we worked very well together and I am very glad that I choose exactly that driving school! And thank you very much! I appreciate them for experience they gave me!
