I always hear good things about kinder care but the only downside to them is they are very pricey and they are only doing full time right now which means it’s their most expensive option. Only complaint I have here about this place, because the prices were just way too much.

Our son has been going to Kindercare in Factoria for nearly a year now and he LOVES it. All his teachers are kind and clearly love working with children. Each day they plan new activities and ensure all the children have great learning experiences. My son is 2 and a half and his talking and social skills have come on leaps and bounds since attending Kindercare compared with his previous daycare.Given the challenges with COVID19 this year we were concerned about him being in daycare. The center stayed open for essential workers throughout the entirety of the pandemic and Ive not heard of a single issue of a case of COVID being contracted. The classes have been modified to cope with smaller groups of children (even the little ones), and processes have been put in place to ensure the safety for everyone - children, parents and teachers. He still gets to do all the things hes used to, including playing outside, and I know the environment is safe for him.I cant recommend this center enough, they make every day special for our little boy, and I feel safe and content knowing he spends his days there in such safe hands. The administer and teachers (some are good) are really bad.The only good thing about this place is the hours are friendly. It opens till 6:30pm while many others close at 6pmThe teachers are not responsive. I saw once the teacher played video on type phone and quite a few kids line up and watch it. The teachers do not spend effort to discipline/educate kids. Bigger/stronger kids would bully others and get away from it. There will be no report unless there is noticeable mark on the kidsThe young director who used to be a teacher there is really not professional. it has not gone as far as discrimination but if she does not like you, you are screwed.

Our son started this center when he was 18 months old and has graduated from one class to another over a period of time. He is enjoying each day, looking forward to seeing his teacher and friends each day. As a parent it assures us that Kinder Care facility at Factoria provides a very protective, caring and loving experience for our son. Every class has excellent teachers and facility supervisors are very friendly and approachable. I highly recommend!

Both of my children attended Kinder Care full time. Now the younger one is also graduating, I wanted to leave a thank you note for a wonderful five and a half years.We are lucky to have a group of very experienced teachers. They have different styles. Some focus on academics and some pay more attention to social development etc. Nonetheless I have to say we loved every single teacher our kids have had. They cared about the kids.When the little ones cannot wait to go to school every morning, we know something is right.

Our child started attending KinderCare at 6 months old. He has been through many major milestones while in their care and I am so happy with how well he is doing! Hes developed a love for books and finger painting that I dont think would have happened if I had kept him at home or in the care of a private nanny. My favorite thing about KinderCare are the relationships our son has formed with the teaching staff, administrators, and other babies. I had no idea children could form such strong bonds at this age, and it warms my heart to know how well loved he is at KinderCare. I definitely recommend this facility to anyone looking for childcare!

The staff is very friendly and greet us at the door in the morning. We get daily reports and my 22 month old now says 10-15 new words at home (like rain, sticky, hungry, mine...etc) and she has only been going for a month. The location is great and the online payment system is user friendly.

Love, love this place. From 2 months old to (now) 4.5, my daughter has been treated with exceptional loving, caring, positive staff. They truly treat the kids like family. All the teachers know all the kids, not just the ones in their classrooms. We have learned a lot about positive reinforcement and playful academics from the crew here. Agnes (the director) is excellent, very caring. Highly recommended.

My daughter is very happy here. They have a hard time holding on to teachers, but they have a good mix of play-focused activities.

My son was never enrolled here but I visited this place for a quick tour. The director seemed to have no idea what is going on at this facility and couldnt answer the simplest of questions (what kind of curriculum is being taught, how many kids per classroom etc). It gave me a strange vibe and I didnt trust them enough to come back.

Been using them for a while now. Clean, friendly/professional staff, responsive. No complaints!

Babysitters, not educators. There are no daily reports so we never knew what they did each day. No one comes up to say hi or talks to you. I was ignored. Anyone could have picked up my kids. Security is not a priority. Art projects were basically crayons on blank paper. There were occasional projects but not often. We were paying for a toddler room but kids spent more time in the preschool room so we feel like were were being ripped off. The room and teachers we toured with we never saw after the tour. The other rooms are pure chaos. Assist Director Lauren is genuinely caring but the rest are not. She should be the director. On our last day no one except the ass. director said goodbye.

VERY BAD EXPERIENCE. There is a deep administrative disorder, the teachers are not happy with their work and this is reflected in the care with the children.There is no relationship of love and affection with children, being just one more number. They lie to keep the customers. It is just a kindergarten that takes care of physically but there is no concern to provide emotional care for the children, and they do not teach them more knowledge.Not a good nursery !!!!! They have much to improve if there is no real and profound change from the administration. Terrible my experience !!!!.
