Our two year old loves Lakemont Academy. As soon as he walks through the door he’s so excited to see Ms. Gitta and the others. This is really what matters most. If my son is happy and safe then that is what’s most important. I love that they offer the children a variety of food. It has really helped our little one be more adventurous with different foods. Communication is great. The app provides updates during the day and an end of the day report so we know how long our child has napped and info on potty time, and email communications go out for any important information. My wife and I researched several other daycare options and Lakemont Academy I was affordable without skimping on the quality whatsoever. Love seeing that my son has the same smile at the end of the day, that he had when he walked in with in the morning. Thank you to all the staff!

My daughter has been going to Lakemont Academy since 2019 and she absolutely loves school and her teachers. Ms. Gitta and her staff have been wonderful and so supportive towards the growth of my toddler. We didn’t have the best experience w the childcare prior and Lakemont Academy has been a fresh of breath air for my family. We truly trust the staff and their expertise. My daughter will def be finishing her preschooling here. Def recommend!

We started at Lakemont Academy in August 2020 after having our son home with us. The entire staff at Lakemont has gone above and beyond throughout the pandemic. My son is wary of new people and he looks forward to seeing his teachers and friends every day.He was born 7 weeks early and did PT/Speech therapy until he was 2.5. He’ll be 3 in less than a month and has THRIVED at Lakemont. His teachers found the way he learns best and helped him find his voice.

We have been at Lakemont Academy for the last year and have loved it! My daughter is 3 and Im blown away by the things she has learned here. The teachers are loving and keep the kids super busy with fun and educational activities. They have an app that keeps me updated with pictures and whats happening during the day, which Ive appreciated. The Center Director Gitta is super caring and always helps my daughter transition happily into her day. My daughter often tells me that Miss Gitta is her best friend ❤️ We feel super lucky that we found Lakemont Academy and plan to stay here until we transition to Kindergarten.

I am very happy that my son, Ryan, goes to Lakemont Academy. Miss Gitta, the director of the Academy, is a very experienced, kind and thoughtful person. Miss Vibi and other teachers are also very kind and caring. Ryan my son is always excited for going to the academy to spend time with his teachers and classmates. I can clearly see the improvements in Ryan’s social behavior, english proficiency and cognitive development since he started going to academy six month ago.

Our 2 year old son loves Lakemont Academy. We are fortunate to have found this care center for our son admist the pandemic. Our son started very young about 6 months back and the teachers were very supportive helping him settle in. Miss Gitta, Miss Vibi, Miss Pila and their team of teachers do a wonderful job aiding the kids to be independent. I have been impressed at the growth in language skills, eating and sleeping schedules, and social skills. The teachers are creative with indoor and outdoor play. My son is super excited to go to school every morning and as a parent I am glad to have found this super team I can trust.

We are very grateful for the teachers at Lakemont Academy. Both of my sons went there since they were 1.5 years old. So many good teachers and good memories. My younger son is now still in pre-k program (his last year here). Ms Gitta and her team really are amazing, caring , fun teachers, who genuinely put the kidss need first. They work so extra hard for providing a safe environment for the kids during COVID. We are truly grateful for how fast and effective they put together new plans towards each different phase of the pandemic. Also they offer great phonics, math/stem small classes (Both of my kids really liked and benefited from the small classes taught by Ms. Carmit).

It’s by luck that we live so close to Lakemont Academy. We were searching for a more intimate experience where we could personally get to know the site director and the care teachers. Lakemont Academy has surpassed all expectations. We just adore Miss Gitta, Vibi, and all the care providers. Our son lights up when he sees Miss Gitta.It’s the little things, too. They leave out informative flyers on appropriate shoe wear for the summer, and always have open communication. We appreciate the staff so much and could not imagine a better place for our little one.

Was told my 2 year old was on the spectrum. (Not even a possible diagnosis at his age) based on the 30 years of experience by Gitta the director. In our one and only sit down/ teacher conference (no one bothered to reach out prior). I was informed that I should find a new school for him because that is what my son needs. I was also told to have observed to see if he was infact on the spectrum or had a behavioral disorder. Ridiculous! For tantrums we rarely encountered in the home!?! Sounded like the structure of the class was not effective for our son and they were not going to change it, so we were being asked to leave. However, we were graciously allowed to stay enrolled until we found a new school. Thanks for that lakemont, having to deal with sighs, and negative body language from staff when I dropped my boy off was heart breaking. I would think a director with 30 years experience would actually have more tools in their tool box to communicate with parents, and make changes to curriculum if necessary; if it helped even one child. Endless revolving door of teachers did not aid lakemont either. Out of all my experiences with daycares with my youngest and the others I would say this one was the worse. Id spend a bit more and go anywhere else if I were you. Save yourself the stress and distrust.
