My two girls did not have any gains in their swim abilities in the last year as the same thing was done over and over again. There needs to be more creativeness and the ability to try different things to get kids to learn vs the same monotonous lesson over and over again. I know there are long lists to get into swim lessons like this and I know our spot can be filled quickly to make up for the money and why to not get refund is a little disappointing but it is what it is.

Drove over for a scheduled lesson with my son. Two instructors didnt know what was going on or who was going to teach my son that day. They said they would ask then proceeded to look at their phones for 15 min. I finally ask again what the scoop and they say no idea. They could have cared less. I dont blame them, young girls just going off of whatever schedule they had. So wasted 30 min round trip and 25 min waiting just to leave and never hear from anyone. Poor experience

We just finished our 3rd week/lesson with James at the Swim School and are so glad we decided to go there! The pool and pool facility are clean, relaxed, and our daughter felt comfortable with her teacher from the first lesson - which is the most important thing to us! They also have special guidelines in place for COVID and payments are easy.
