I highly recommend T.O.S.S for children to adults. My daughter feels comfortable with the instructors, Shawn is an amazing teacher who is respectful, knowledgeable, and knows just how to encourage children to improve without being pushed too hard. My husband really enjoys the classes and structure as well. Bonus- they just moved into a new larger facility which shows just how good they are. You can tell their heart is for the community and people.

At this gym, 30 days free means 30 days free, not just the first 30 minutes are free then you get hit with huge costs. Shawn is upfront with the cost, which is more than reasonable, and completely transparent on his experience and training, which is the best you will find in this area. Awesome clean gym with strong family atmosphere that offers excellent instruction for children as well as adults. I have only been going for three weeks and am amazed at what I have learned in this short time. Highly recommend this gym to anyone who just wants to get in shape, tech their children about self defense or learn the art of BJJ, and you can do it all as a family!

Amazing, Shawn the instructor has more patience with my own kids than I do. Hes unbelievably skilled in his ability and extremely humble about it. Theyre extremely safe but teach you how to be extremely capable of violence. My 9 year old son is absolutely obsessed because of how great all the instructors are and honestly the pricing is way too cheap for what you get. The value is through the roof. I hope they never change anything because right now its too good to be true

I went in expecting at least someone to not want to help the new guy or have a toxic personality which made me a little nervous about going. By the time I left I felt like the hour wasn’t long enough.

Shawn is a Awesome, true Gracie jujitsu instructor. He teaches by the book literally.He has a talent to break it down for everyone (doesnt matter what level you are at) to understand. Also a fun way to stay in shape.
