Definitely worth the money and doesn’t stick it to the pocket book like other places because the grand master (GM) plus coach enjoys (loves) what they teach and it shows. The owner (GM) keeps his classes on the smaller side for more personal, one on one care if needed, but also allows for higher belts to train lower belts with supervision of course. GM and coach keep the students on course and they don’t just teach one area of technique which I love. It’s a multi disciplinary dojo and you can take any of the different classes offered.My son and I also do private lessons with Grand Master Wilden, we actually started with private lessons then moved into the gym and we love both the gym and private lessons and the certificates we achieve as we learn.

I train in the Adults combat Aikido, great instructor, great classmates. My daughter is in the kids combat aikido class, she loves it. Grand Master Wilden offers a wide array of real world self defense, I’ve taken his CAPS simulation classes, MKAT and a knife class. If you want to learn to defend yourself in the real world with your hands, a knife, a gun or an assortment of martial arts weapons, this is the place to train.

My son has trained with Master Wilden for over 3 years in his Broken Arrow location. He has now started training in his new location and he absolutely loves it. Along with martial arts, I love the discipline and respect that is being taught. Highly recommended.

I have known Grand Master Gary Wilden for about 8.5 years. He is a very accomplished martial arts instructor and his new gym offers a very unique approach to several forms of self defense training. Including a Multiple Interactive Leaning Objectives, MILO, unit that provides a safe and very realistic training scenarios for how to quickly handle dangerous situations.

Our kids love it! The defensive skills they are learning the will be able to use the rest of their live. It’s a good investment over other types of sports. Highly recommend for kids or adults!

Lot of knowledge with their staff

I attended a ladies self-defense intro course on Jan 18. I learned a lot about REAL street defense in case of attack. Grand Master Wilden and his staff are the real deal and very serious about teaching you to defend yourself. I wish I lived closer (2 hours away) so I could attend more classes. If youre anywhere near Bixby, do yourself a favor and take his courses!
