My husband called this guy and left a voice message asking someone to call him regarding their services. About an hour later we received a text message asking who it was (since we were expecting a call not a text). The sender Was extremely rude and responded with you should know who it is you text us. Of course we left a one star rating on his Facebook page along with an explanation of why. 15 minutes later we were blocked from his fb page, and our review of his services were deleted. Totally professional. If the guy isnt gonna treat you right do you think hes gonna teach you right? Find a reputable instructor with good customer service skills. Hes just not a good guy

Every day that I come to the Academy is like coming home, its very welcoming and friendly environment. There is no aggressive, competitive bodybuilders to listen to, just a friendly work out environment I cant get enough of Muay Thai =D

I trained with Khun Khru Adams over 10 years ago got busy with life (school, work, etc.) but have always wanted to return to Muay Thai. I finally found my way back a couple of years ago and have never regretted it. Muay Thai is an awesome workout (especially if you are short on time and want a full body and cardio workout) that never gets boring (I didnt say easy! I said not boring). Talk about interval training! The school has continued to evolve and has awesome instructors and students. Khun Khru Courtney keeps tests and paperwork organized and keeps up with the website etc. as well as being a good instructor and training partner. They are kid, woman, any age, any fitness level friendly.
