Always clean and customer service same. I couldnt find coffee filters and the cashier went to see if there were some in the back room. I so appreciated her kindness! Love going to this store!

I just had to come share my experience that I had with this store earlier this morning. I had my 3 year old and 1 year old with me and we were checking out and my daughter was crying and an employee (I’m assuming a manager) came up to my daughter with a valentine balloon and wrapped it around her wrist for her and said “you hang on tight to this when you go outside okay?!” And then she went and got another one for my son. That made my daughter stop crying immediately and I appreciated it more than that employee will ever know! So thank you so much for being so kind and caring!

Im always amazed at the good selection at the Dollar tree! Christmas gift bag selection is amazing. Also wrapping paper, and lots of Christmas candy!! Right now they have a good selection of calendars, and date books for 2021. But theyre very nice for a dollar and theyre going to go fast!

Kathy shouldn’t be in customer service and neither should her manager. I was in around 1pm on 6/9/21. While Kathy was ringing my items up she seemed annoyed and I gave it a pass that maybe she was having a rough day. She rang me up for an extra glitter bucket, I gave that a pass too (it’s just a dollar). My total was 30$. I handed her a 100$ bill and she literally grabbed it like she was disgusted, rolled her eyes, turned around to the manager ,scoffed, and handed it to her and SHE (MOD) LITERALLY DID THE SAME THING. Kathy got my change and was so focused on giving me a bad attitude she forgot how to do her job and typed the wrong amount into the register & had to figure out my change manually, I would have been more upset about the situation had she not made herself look so foolish. I’m appalled that while I went in this store smiling, I got 2 eye rolls while only being helped by one person. They went out of their way to be rude and it’s clear Kathys boss condones/teaches this bad behavior.

This store seems to be short staffed and the staff attitude is not consistent. It is located near a goodwill, Walmart and lowes which convenient if you want to run other errands in the area. The store itself is relatively small compared to some other dollar trees but carries most of the items. I mostly go here for cards and to pick up party balloons.

Im a shopper and I love this store! I find so many things that I didnt know I needed, LOL. Its rare that I can leave this store in less than 2 hours or spend under $20😏

All checkout isles were without staffI stood at the checkout for three minutes while a worker stocked things right next to people standing in line. Two staff members passed by before one finally asked, are you ready to check out? after four people stood waiting in line.Well stocked store though.

First time here. I was greeted at the door with a friendly smile (under the face mask). She informed me the carts were wiped down. The isles are nice and wide. Items were clean - no dust. The store very organized. The shelves were filled. I enjoyed the quality of the items. The parking was wonderful - lots of room. I reccomend Dollar Tree to everyone. I will be a regular, as the bargains are there on everything.

Current staff is very good. Store is clean and well stocked. Customers tend to trash the store, which sucks, UT the staff does a good job staying on top of it.

I visited this store on the 25th of May. As with the vast majority of Dollar Tree stores the aisles are close together. I didnt see any signs asking customers to wear masks, they may have been there but camouflaged amongst store advertising. Employees were stocking shelves with large dollies/racks blocking aisles and making passing with a safe distance impossible. None of the employees either stocking or cashiering were wearing masks. When I was down one aisle an employee (again without a mask) came within less than a foot of me to continue stocking. None of the aisles were marked for one way foot traffic. I dont see this store as it was Monday as a very safe store to shop at during the pandemic, especially for people who are at high risk. I strongly recommend avoiding it. I know I will for my safety and the safety of my family.

All the power in the entire neighborhood went out due to a storm rate what I walk up to the store they close a lock the door and said theres no power so theyre closing I said all the powers that we need flashlights my kids are at home we have no power I can pay with exact change exact cash they shouldnt sell me any flashlights or anyting or even unlock the door the I dont know how a business can do this to people in disaster need when theres no power I understand their registers are down and whatnot but its a dollar store I told them I would pay exact change but they let the people that were in the store finish purchasing their balloons strangely are there

Blaine dollar tree always has friendly works who are very helpful. They have a great selection of stuff. There food section is great for a person with a small budget you deffinately get your money worth!

I would have to say one of the better if not the best Dollar Trees in Anoka County due to the stock level they keep, and the frozen/refrigerated section. They always seem to be fully stocked and ready to rock throughout the store. The only down side is that they never seem to have more then one person on check out, but for what they lack in personal they more then make up in variety.

Ive had good luck in the past stopping in for quick items. I often stop in here for party balloons. Unfortunately they may not always get the best staff, when arriving shortly before closing the doors have been locked and the staff is counting the tills already. They will stand and watch you at the door and sometimes just say no.

Good experience. The biggest improvements needed were fewer storage/unpacking carts in the aisles and the book section needed to be reorganized (workbooks mixed with coloring books, mixed with puzzle books). Cashier was pleasant and efficient.

First impressions, the store is always dirty, empty boxes all over and carts with full boxes left unattended making it difficult to get around.But this store typically has more selections of better items. It is worth the time and hassle to go to this store.

I was at this store today and found everything I needed. Then I went up to check out, In the middle of checking out, the little girl stops in the middle of my order to check her phone!! I said Wow, You can use your phone when youre working?? I am a mgr at a business and that wouldnt fly at my place! She said, and I quote Well my mgr is my cousin so I can do it unquote! I said Wow! That must be great😒😒! Then there wasnt even a thank you have a good day or anything at the end of my order

I came in this past Wednesday to pre-order balloons for a birthday party my daughter was going to the next day. The cashier asked me to pre-pay for them which I did. We filled the form out and she asked when I needed the balloons to be ready by, and I told her 5 PM. I came in Thursday night at 5:30 to pick up my ballions. The cashier said they were not ready and they were unfilled. They were in a bag;hanging by the register. I was not pleased. The party was starting at 6pm, so I did not have time to wait for her to blow them up...plus I was told she would have to ring up all the customers behind me before she started and the line was about 10 people deep. I asked for a refund and I was told that was not possible. She offered to give me the bag of balloons which I absolutely did not want. (I don’t have access to helium :p) She then offered to have me pick out 14 different items in the store. I did not want that either. I want my money back. I paid for 14 helium filled balloons...And I did not get them. I’ve tried calling the store three times today and no one answers. Grr

Cashier has other matters on her mind and will stall your transaction until you conform to her requisites. Dont go there in a hurry or on a lunch break. That would cost you more than a dollar.

Not sure why employees think its okay to be so extreamly rude to customers. Definetly not a friendly place to bring kids or even shop. Employees make it a hostile shopping enviroment.
