Arren L is AMAZING. I had a TON of questions about printers and she was very knowledgeable! She also spent a very long time helping me and I didn’t feel rushed at all. Amazing customer service! I will be buying a printer from Arren at this store once I figure out which one I really want. Thank you!

During COVID, I’ve worked from home and this location has been my “go-to” for copying and assembling work on tight deadlines. The staff (David in copying center) and the manager in the store have been instrumental in keeping my work going. I can’t thank this store enough! Outstanding service.

Just left this place after standing in line with another customer... Waiting almost 5 minutes for a cashier to come to the front counter. Then one limps up from the back of the store with another customer shes already helping. 2 employees stroll out of the office located right next to the check out and finally decide to help us. After the customer in front of me finished his return and left the 2 cashiers began taking negatively about that customer. Very unprofessional and shows their true dedication to customer service.

I went into the store to print a file from my USB. I was able to do that with assistance from someone in the print center. He was nice and helpful. However, there were NO store associates wearing masks or gloves. I find this very surprising and quite disrespectful as I always wear my mask to protect others. The fact that I didnt see any masks tells me that they are opting to not care about their customers. While the restrictions have somewhat been lifted, its a bit disturbing that they didnt take steps to protect their employees and their customers. I am a frequent visitor to this store, and unfortunately I may rethink that.

Staff is wonderful! They make you feel welcome. They are very efficient. They work well together which is so important.

Absolutely amazing service every single time Im in here for printing jobs. Staff is very knowledgeable and kind. Andrea went over the top with a last minute request for a poster I needed printed and stayed past hours to help me get it done. Over the top service! Thank you so much Andrea!

Placed an order paid drove to the store to find out the item was not in-stock. Curbside pick up is a joke.

I had a difficult paper size for printing some wedding invitations (5x10 and 5x11.5.). The Print Center personal were able to get them printed with no wasted pages. It was quite a relief and much appreciated!

I went for the very first time for school shopping. I had the best experience shopping without feeling like I was looking for wheres Waldo (school supplies). The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. And for 3 kids I spent well under $ 100 on back to school supplies.

Our stationer gave us a link so that we could create our signs online. The website was a little confusing regarding the use of foam core board for the signs and unfortunately as it was not spelled out on the website, I mistakenly had all of our signage done in just poster board which would most definitely not hold up to sitting on easels all day. The staff at the store on 105th in Blaine was great with processing our refund and reordering it mounted to the foam core. They were super fast with all this reprocessing and even wrapped our signs individually so they wouldn’t get damaged between picking them up and being transported to the venue. The signs were spectacular and we would definitely use them again.

They gave us the floor model gaming chair for my autistic son. They were out of stock online and unavailable to order. If youve lived with ASD in your family then you know how much they saved me from a meltdown. Thanks for the great costumer service!

Had to wait for someone to come and take care of completing my purchase at the register. For awhile the only person visible turned out to be an outside service technician not permitted to work the register. otherwise the visit was good

This place is AWESOME!! Biggest selection of Pens on Earth. And the Manager, Aaron (I think) was extremely helpful while I picked out my new lap top and office software. Way to go Office Max, Blaine!

This was my third visit to this location (Blaine). Every time I go to the print and laminating area, employees go above and beyond what I expect. This time an employee named Sam saved me $8 on my business card order by placing it for me on line. I will keep coming back to Blaine OfficeMax for all my printing and office supplies.

Poor costumer service. I waited a month for them to print my paperwork and never received a call. I had to stop at the store just for them to say they forgot to put in the order. I came back two weeks later and they still had no clue where my paperwork was. I had to tell them to give me a refund and took my business somewhere else.

Nice facility, but officemax charges way to much. I cant imagine a business sustaining if they solely shop products here.

Terrible Customer Service. I stood at the front counter for at least 5 minutes. The young employees did not even acknowledge me standing there. Although they looked at me several times. I left with no help at all. Thanks for nothing!
