Jiu Jitsu is helping my son to develop a sense of self defense, his coordination, respect, confidence, and friendship. We love our GB family!!

I tried a few gyms in the area before signing up and found this to be the best place -- BEST DECISION OF MY YEAR!When you walk in, the first thing you will notice is a clean and pristine gym. There is a heavy emphasis on sanitation and good hygiene. All students and instructors are temperature checked before they make it past the front desk and the mats are cleaned multiple times a day.From there, you will experience a warm and friendly atmosphere, whether youre brand new or seasoned jiu-jitsu player. Were fortunate to have a gym with several black belts and a variety of skill levels to learn from and train with. Youll get high quality instruction and excellent training for a great deal.Training at Gracie Barra has done wonders for my health (both physical and mental) and has been a great way to meet new people since moving to the area. I have been looking for a BJJ gym to learn and train at for a few months. I had trained briefly 7 years ago and I wanted to get back into it. I have been attending five times per week for a few months. This is an incredibly positive environment to learn jiu-jitsu. Not only is the instruction great, but the support from the more advanced belts is what motivates me to return each day. Im 38 without any martial arts or wrestling experience. This is a great workout and a way for me to really challenge myself with something that is complex. I strongly recommend it for people in their 30s and older. My son also attends the youngest group a few times per week and loves it. Again, amazing instructors and positive environment. Great mix of girls and boys in their class.
