Before I found about Lex and the Distressed Real Estate Institute, I was attempting to purchase real estate the traditional way which isn’t a bad way to buy real estate but, in the market, I was in (south Florida) cash is king. One day I was on Kindle looking for information and guidance about real estate and I saw Lex’s “Wholesaling Bank Owned Properties” book, and man once I finished reading that book, I immediately signed up for Lex’s private coaching program because I felt that a guy who gives out that much information in just a book definitely is someone, I need guidance from. So, everything stated below is quite..exaggerated? I have never contacted support 20+ times? (Also, if Im spending 1.5k on a program then I should have the right to ask questions, no?)I have NEVER recieved my home study courses (explained that to support many times with proof) I have submitted one deal but never gotten a contact back and had to ask through email since thats the only way if they recieved it. Less than a month I asked for a refund then they decided to block me in every way possible. Unprofessional. No excuse.And I dont know the Viva person.I wish I had a good comment like the other reviews and I rarely rate things like this but it was a poor experience for me unfortunately.

I dont really know where to start when it comes to this review. Ive been interested in real estate for quite some time now, beginning with residential retail real estate. I knew that I had a passion for the investment side of it, but just dabbled in it here and there while trying to focus on the retail side. I had been on his email blast for a bit, saw the ads on facebook and decided to take the plunge to come to the bootcamps and see what all the hype was about.After speaking with Lex a few times, he encouraged me to leave retail real estate behind, to focus on this side 110% and that is exactly what I did. I recently sold my franchise business in 2014 that I owned for over 16 years in Deerfield Beach.
