So far so good, I have only had it a few days, but the search is super easy to use (WAY easier than looking up each parcel by number), and for that reason alone its worth it. But they also were super fast in answering a question that I had, so overall im pretty pleased so far.UPDATE: DO NOT forget to cancel if you only plan to use the service for a limited time.

Horrible experience! DONT PAY FOR THIS!!! I paid for the subscription and the website just kept sending me back to log in as if I didnt pay. I could never look up properties in premium. Just sent me back to the form to full out again...after an hour of getting no where ... I called to get a refund because nothing was working for me. Guess what ... no refunds!!! Just use free on this and dont give them your money.

I just joined and so far I like it because there is a bunch of info in one place that I dont have to go searching for. I just ordered a title search so well see how that goes. 95% of the wholesale deals are unavailable which seems to add clutter but can be filtered out using the auction option upcoming, which doesnt makes sense to me since they are wholesale deals not auctions.

I recently joined Property Onion and I was impressed with their tools and online training videos. I can’t wait to find that first property and make my bid.

Since I posted prior, one or more very positive reviews, I just thought everyone should know. Very disappointed in what I thought about the ethics of this Company. I was billed for what I had thought (havent used site for months) was a cancelled subscription. some time ago. Every other Co. I ever had this problem with issued a full refund immediately, not this Company they still charged me for a third of the charge, yet I was calling them the exact day they charged it....Expensive one day subscription and more importantly VERY POOR customer service!!!! Be careful.

Property Onion seems to be provide research of properties in one site, instead of clicking on different external sites. I believe that you can even save searches with the details. O & E on the site is also a plus. thanks. I am excited to try it out and maybe be mentored by one of the professionals.I also started reading Natalias book which really describes things with the legal resource. I am not a legal savy so I am happy to read that Natalia adds the legal interpretation for the lay person. Property Onion is a very straight forward and intuitive platform. Its excellent for beginners and more advanced players in the foreclosures and tax deed sale arena.

After attending a propertyonion zoom meeting which provided me with a wealth of knowledge I was intrigued to find out more so I signed up for 15 bucks a month, one of the features that sold me was the title search service they provide, for 50 bucks (45 for bulk orders) you can get a title search done on propertyonion instead of the 200+ I was quoted from local title companies. I highly recommend their services.

Great tool for finding foreclosures and tax deeds!!!

I bought a 6 months subscription and used it 1 day. I called two days later to cancel and get a refund and they said their system could not process the refund that they could only credit me a third of the money AND I will get it within 14 days. I gave this company a star because that was the lowest option or I would not have given them any. I do believe by refusing to give my money back I consider it a scam. No reputable company does that.

This is a great tool for finding data on all the county foreclosure auctions. I highly recommend it for investors.
