Our son has been at Bright Horizons Back Bay through their Toddler room and now Preschool. Not only does he love his teachers and friends but he’s learning so much and comes home with the best stories every day. We have been so happy with the quality of the center, their responsiveness, and ultimately their care for our special boy!

I have only wonderful things to say about BH Back Bay. Our daughter started in the infant room at 1 year and is now in the toddler room. She absolutely loves going to school—she basically runs inside every morning and it’s all she wants to talk about when she gets home. As a working parent nothing is better than knowing that my daughter spends the day somewhere that she loves. She is progressing beautifully—I’m always amazed by all of the things she picked up at school. Her teachers have all been amazing—kind, engaging, and invested in my daughter’s wellbeing. They seem to have boundless energy, jam packing every day with fun projects and activities. Staff is awesome and communicative; have handled COVID precautions extremely well. We are forever grateful to BH Back Bay for taking such wonderful care of our daughter!!!

We Love and appreciate Bright Horizons at Back Bay. The staff members from Toddler 1 to Pre- K are incredible people. Our Toddler had wonderful experience with the educational program and playing with other kids. The administration team is friendly and caring. It is easy to ask questions and receive valuable feedback regarding our toddlers growth and learning development. The facility is so clean and tidy. Overall, I highly recommend any new parent or guardian to enroll with Bright Horizons at Back Bay.

Endorsing this program as excellent. Stephanie manages the center and does a fantastic job. The center is relatively new, very bright, clean, and organized. The materials and equipment are new. There is a good kindergarten prep program, which not all the centers have - and the curriculum is pretty deliberate, mindful, well thought out. And the value proposition versus local private pre-schools is strong.

Bright Horizons has a great curriculum and this center has great teachers, so between the two, this is a great choice for any parent (who can keep up with the ever increasing tuition). The loss of onsite playground is a concern, and the nearby solution is not ideal, hopefully this continues to be worked on. The teachers are amazing, especially the ones that have been there for a few years. Leadership is great too.

Great place! We trust our daughter with them and that feeling of comfort can’t be beat. I can honestly say that our daughter is better for attending Bright Horizons with this fantastic team. Just a note that it’s a bit pricey

My daughter has been in the toddler program for several months and I have been so happy with our experience! She always comes home excited about her day, and looks forward to playing with her teachers. They are very caring, and I love being able to follow along with what they are up to through the app they use. A very special place.

The best day care in Boston, and a so kind staff they were support and help children always definitely our favorite house in Boston. We delighted because you are the most part from our life in great Boston.

Great staff and teachers! Curriculum is excellent and they do a great job caring for and helping children to develop. Im consistently impressed with all that my little guy is learning!

We really love this daycare. Our daughter has been there a couple months now in an infant classroom and she is so happy. The teachers are caring, supportive, and help encourage learning. The administration runs a friendly, clean, super organized, communicative, engaging daycare. We love getting photos and updates on how the day is going (it makes returning to work easier!!). They always are available for phone calls or schedule changes, etc. - they are so flexible and our daughter really loves it there. Couldnt be happier anywhere else!

My whole familys happy place! We love Bright Horizons Back Bay so much. Between our two kids and multiple moves, weve attended seven daycares, and this one is the best by far. The administration sets a calm, efficient, and loving vibe. No matter how frazzled and late we are when we arrive, we instantly feel the zen but fun vibe of the place and calm down.All the teachers are so cheerful and kind, too. Its a truly amazing feeling to know in your heart that your kid feels really loved all day. Our youngest has been there since she was 12 weeks old and she loves her teachers so much. When she sees her favorite teacher through the window of the classroom, she literally giggles with joy and stretches her arms out to her. The My Bright Day app is great--they post tons of pictures and I get updates all day. I never feel disconencted from my baby, and I get to see all the fun and educational activities she does all day!When we first got there, she didnt take a bottle. The whole staff spent so much time and energy getting her to take one, and she finally did. I think any other group would have just given up and asked me to come in to nurse (I work very close), but they all were so determined to support our wishes and help our baby long-term, and it worked out beautifully. Im so grateful for that.It truly is a magical place!

Its hard for me to not get choked up when thinking about the love and support BH Back Bay has provided for my children. I would recommend this center to anyone that wishes to invest in future generations. A true catalyst for growth.

Loved it. My husband and I were attending a conference downtown and we brought our 2-year-old toddlers with us. The daycare is just a few blocks from Hynes convention center so it is very convenient. Our children spent 3 days at this daycare (as a drop-in care) and they enjoyed it. The director (Stephanie) was very responsive and helpful, the process of setting up the arrangement was easy, the caregivers were sweet, caring, and invested in the children, and there were a lot of fun activities during a day for the boys to be engaged in. The facilities are well kept up and clean. I appreciated that the daycare set up an account for us to be able to see pictures of the boys during a day and to get updates on their days, even though we were there only temporarily. Seems like a great regular daycare and in addition I would definitely recommend it to out-of-town people who visit Boston and need to bring their children along. The only possible downside is the parking. The daycare has two spots up front for dropping off the children but they are not always available during the popular drop-off/ pick-up times. However, this is expected for downtown Boston (Im spoiled by availability of parking spaces in the midwest) and there were metered parking spots available on the same streets so it wasnt a huge issue.
