My daughter is currently enrolled in the infant room at BH in the Prudential and the quality of care has exceeded my expectations! Everyone at the center is so helpful, responsive and kind. I love that they update you frequently throughout the day with all the activities they do and provide lots of pictures. I also like that I know when shes been fed, slept and how she seems to be doing.I was concerned sending my kid to day care and potentially putting her at risk during these strange times but BH has a strict policy in place with daily, thorough checks and screenings. Everyone is masked up and I feel safe knowing that they have good procedures in place. The reduced class sizes also help me feel comfortable about the situation.I cannot wait to see how my girl thrives and grows in this environment. Thank you for offering the care and attention our baby deserves throughout the day that we couldnt give her while working from home.

These are unimaginably difficult times. The Bright Horizons at the Pru gives you, as parents, the confidence and satisfaction of having your toddler cared for by the most professional and compassionate group of care givers possible. Nothing can be more valuable than that.

Such a loving and caring center! Both of our children have thrived under the guidance of their talented teachers. The curriculum is engaging and fun. The kids look forward to interacting with their friends and teachers. The community is truly special. We have enjoyed our experience in Infants, Toddler 1, Toddler 2, and Preschool - who have supported us raising two kind and happy kids that have grown socially and emotionally under their care. We are truly grateful!

We just started bringing out daughter to this daycare and we love it so far! She is well cared for in the toddler room and we love that we get to check in on her throughout the day using the app. The teachers post pictures and leave updates which is super comforting. A happy kid makes for happy parents! Thanks Bright Horizons!

Bright Horizons Prudential Center has been the perfect place for our daughter. She started at four months and is now in the pre-school program. Kathleen and Amy, her current teachers, are the best. They are doing an excellent job of teaching our daughter to read. She looks forward to seeing them at school and even misses her them on the weekends. The administration is very responsive and has created a safe and comfortable environment for the children.

Our daughter is in Preschool with Miss Amy and Miss Kathleen. Both of these teachers are communicative, patient, loving, supportive and knowledgeable and they create an inclusive environment for all the kids. The teachers are so creative in finding activities for them to do indoors when its cold outside. The facility all in all has been a great experience for us.

We have been a Bright Horizon Prudential family for almost three years, and currently have two kids enrolled at the center (currently in Infant #1 and Preschool, both awesome rooms!) Weve been through all the class levels (at least once), and have always been very happy with the attention to our children, responsiveness to our needs, curriculum and extra-curricular activities. I also love the small size of the center and classes, as it has allowed us to get to know all teachers & administrators very well, making for an intimate, highly caring, home away from home for our children. Highly recommended!

Our 4.5 year old has been at Bright Horizons since she was four months old, and she LOVES it! She has made amazing friends and learned so much. We are always impressed with the new activities and curriculum. Her current teachers Kathleen and Amy are amazing and are teaching her how to read and write in addition to how to be a kind person and good friend. We are so grateful!

Our son has been at BH Prudential for the past year and a half and we have had a great experience. The Director has been very easy to work with, the staff is incredibly friendly and our son has really bonded with his teachers. The kids experience a whole range of activities during the day and love playing outside on the playground.

Our 6 month old son is in Infant One with Ms. Irene and Ms. Tiah and we cannot say enough good things about these two teachers and their classroom. As a first time mom going back to work, I had a lot of anxiety around leaving the baby and wondering whether he’d be cared for and kept on his routine that we’d worked hard to establish in those first 4 months. They not only keep him on a routine, but engage him in age-appropriate activities, regularly update us with pictures and anecdotes from the day, and help us understand what we should be doing at home to assist in his development and keep him on track. There is nothing more reassuring than seeing our baby’s big smile when he sees his teachers at the beginning of the day and again when we pick him up at the end of the day — we know he is happy and nurtured at Bright Horizons and that makes it much easier for me to be comfortable leaving him each day at dropoff. Thanks Infant One for all you do!

We enrolled our son when he was 15 months old. The first couple of months were not too bad. I was really disappointed to find out though that they moved him up a class without even telling us. Also, they did not have a refrigerator to put items like yogurt or a microwave to warm pasta etc. They did not have any toys nor did they make an attempt to engage the kids actively. The teachers in the toddler 2 classroom were leaving almost every other week and so did the director. Everyone who came subsequently also left at short notice. There was no accountability on part of the substitute teachers or the management either. Our 2 year old was disengaged and unhappy and we decided to move him out.
