Scammer Alert!Better to stay away from this management. Took them 4months to repair laundry. More than a month to fix things in the bathroom.Dont expect to get your security deposit back, thats their profit regeneration model.

Leave you hanging. Was looking for a rental and got short, rude responses to inquiries. Linked them the specific units I wanted to see, offered to work around THEIR schedule to see them (& was willing to pay their full fee), got no response. Either they have enough money already or realty just isnt their thing, I guess.

The worst management company I have ever dealt with as a tenant. They dont do anything and treat you horribly. Below Ive attached photos of what is considered move in ready. For a management company, they really dont do much (or any) management. They are comfortable with their properties being filthy and in disrepair.

Good brokers when it comes to getting in contact with other management companies. Horrible management company.Update/Edit: Changed review to 1 star given how spiteful the owner is 3 years after these events. Be weary of this company.My side of the story:3 years ago, I got in contact with Boston Green Realty, who I had already worked with. They had put me in contact with a management company who gave me an apartment (in which I lived happily for nearly 4 years). After deciding to move on, I went back to them in hopes of getting the same experience. They found me an apartment in, which was unfinished. The realtor promised me (verbally) that the floors would be finished by the time I moved in. They werent. The wooden floors were rotten, the apartment was insanely dirty, and the heating didnt work in one of the rooms (it was the middle of winter). I went to my lawyer and followed his instructions, and proceeded to threaten to sue them if they didnt release me from the contract (which wouldve been an open/shut case given the fact that the apartment was a safety hazard, and all I wouldve had to do was to call in city council for an inspection to prove my case). And no, I wasnt happy in the end. I was just glad I didnt have to deal with them anymore. Anyway, here I am giving them my time of day once again, 3 YEARS after these events took place. I spent ONE night there and had to sleep somewhere else. I didnt care about the train station. I didnt mind having to walk 10 minutes to get to the train. I cared that the FLOOR WAS A SAFETY HAZARD AND THE HEATING WASNT WORKING PROPERLY IN THE MIDDLE OF WINTER.

Lived with them for three years as a tenant and they were always responsive on maintenance requests when i needed it. I recommended them to a friend and it’s been great so far as well.
