Ive been licensed for several years and now dually licensed in both New York and New Jersey. Great way to renew the RE license. Good content that is easy to follow- just watch the videos and answer the question. This course makes renewing the license much less of a trouble and you get to learn something.

I found the KMC on line course really beneficial and such literature thats very simple to to comprehend. The instructional videos and the lecturers, even made it much less stressful. This was the first time i used this service. I am a very satisfied customer. Pros- very mobile user friendly, very responsive team replied super promptly to my initial Qs, very reasonable price probably the best out there, very informative speakers.This CE is for an honest realtor who intends to listen to the speakers but doesn’t require much interaction on our part. The easy quizzes at the end require 7/10 correct answers and are easy to pass. If you’re licensed in NY & NJ these classes are accepted in both states. This company offers $10 per referral if you send out a link to friends.All in all, a more-than-fair purchase and a win- win.Note *In NY there’s another mandatory hour of recent legal matters that one can decide to buy for $10 more.However our local MLS may offer that new one hour CE course possibly for free.

In hindsight it was fine. I just wasnt used to it and I had to go back and check to make sure I was doing it correctly but it all turned out ok, so its all good ! I have all of my certificates and your response when I had questions was great. Thank you !

Ive been a Colorado Broker/Realtor/Property Manager for over 20 years and taken classes through several internet schools but I dont do well, and its boring reading a bunch of statistic, forms etc. I tried Keep Me Certified and was more than happy with the video training I received. it was almost like sitting in the class room and much more interesting than reading a computer screen for 4 hours with no interaction. I will come back for more classes in 2021.

All I can say is that you cannot go wrong choosing KMC for your professional career course prep. I used their Massachusetts Real Estate Salesperson course which prepared me for taking the state real estate licensing exam. I passed on the first attempt with flying colors thanks to being well prepared and attentively listening to the course videos and reviewing the provided e-books. Jeff the owner and his team that work with him are very fast at responding to questions and concerns by email and phone. When I say it has been the best customer service of my life I am not exaggerating! They go above and beyond to help you. The courses are very competitively priced and I will be using them for all of my continuing education courses moving forward.

I signed up last year in the middle of COVID. The format, communication, explanations, study materials, and ability to go at my own pace was amazing. The email communications on questions I had were always answered - customer service is tremendous.After completing the class and going through PSI testing compliance, I actually had to take time off because of a job matter with COVID (rough times). My access to coursework expired, but when things became stable again, the school extended the time knowing I was committed to testing. THIS MADE THE DIFFERENCE. I polished up, reviewed each lesson in areas, signed up for some sample testing service they recommended, and took my national and MA test.I PASSED in the first attempt days ago.I credit the guidance of the Keep Me Certified team.My advice: Listen to the videos. Take the chapter tests.. I did not have to read the entire national book, but kept notes from the videos on subjects. Polish up on Real Estate Math. Concentrate on the MA book. Read it. Read it again, and again until you have core competency. The school recommended for me to be about 90-95% proficient before I tested on sample tests (work with them on the testing program they recommend). Theyre ABSOLUTELY right on the need for practice and the need to be proficient. There are wildcard questions thrown at you on the national and MA test you may not possibly know. The more you put in, the more youre prepared.

I have to admit that I was not thrilled with continuing education ... but I learned so much from this course... Im kinda looking forward to the next time I have to to renew .. did I say that ?

Approximately a month and a half for me and many many calls. My fellow students please dont get rusty and continue studying sitting your application process with psi and the state board. The process can take a very long time after you finish your schooling

My husband Jeff Fitz just attended the online course .This is his review. The staff respond quickly to any and all emails. Kyle taught course and broke down what the book is saying in real terms which is great. You can also review all videos including the live class for 6 months so you have plenty of time and information to pass the test. Great job!

The second portion of these classes have to be done while someone from Keep Me Certified is available for questions and answers. When my time came along I questioned the inconvenience of not being able to take the classes during the day. They totally made schedule changes to accommodate my needs and I was able to proceed without any problems. As far as I am concerned this is above and beyond. I highly recommend this company to take your Real Estate classes.

Usually CE courses are boring. These courses are up to date and offer real value.

It is a very convenient and well-done program. So far, its easy to listen to and understand, and valuable information from a seasoned and trustworthy broker. My gripe: No functionality when Im not in the office or at home. If streaming is the only way these videos can be viewed, they MUST be able to be streamed via mobile data network. Even better would be the option to download. It would have been good to know these technical issues/incompatibilities in advance. They take away from the convenience aspect, which was the main selling point for me. Other than the connectivity limitations, this is an excellent course though. And I would recommend it to others.

Of the few real estate renewal courses Ive taken, this is by far and large the best. I found them well organized, and the teacher makes even the driest of content interesting and engaging. Id recommend this course/school to anyone who is trying to stay certified, they helped keep me certified ;).

I am half through the re-certification with this on-line course. The course content is excellent and articulately presented. I just finished the module on mortgage finance and found it to be the most comprehensive explanation of the mortgage meltdown I have seen. Since I am a former Chairman of the Mortgage Bankers Association of America, that is not faint praise. The one disagreement I have is the conclusion that the Affordable Housing Goals had nothing to do with it. If the goals had not been raised by HUD to unattainable levels, none of the mortgage products that created the bubble (no docs, no income verification, 125% of value loans etc.) would have been created because there was no need for them.

I am reactivating my brokers license after not using it for a number of years. I have found the 12 hour review informative and easy to understand. It is a good reminder of all the proper procedures and responsibilities a Real Estate Broker must adhere to remain ethical and perform in a proper manner. The information is given in a relaxed manner and it is great to sit in my house and review it a little at a time at my leisure.The website works very well with no problems.

I chose KEEP ME CERTIFIED both because of the availability of online access. The lectures were quite complete not needing any further Q&A conversations. The presenter was very interesting and kept me alert rather than falling asleep as some computer class instruction tends to do. I am referring this as a real estate primer to my grand-children who are in the real estate market.

I just passed my MA RE sales person tests (both national and state), first time taker. I highly recommend this online education vendor! The MA instructor (Kyle) is the most qualified to teach the courses: RE attorney with previous RE agent experience. He also has pleasant voice.Before finding this vendor, I had sent two emails and left two voicemails to another local RE school and received no response. I abandoned that one and find out this one. It costs less yet with superb services.The frequency asked questions in the web site addressed my initial questions. I immediately signed up for the course. The login instructions came through email swiftly and it’s very easy to navigate. I started to watch the video immediately.It took me about one and half a month from signing in this online course to obtain my license today. I work full time and also took other online classes. Really incredible, period. I went in to this with a poor attitude expecting it to be just another boring course but this genuinely surprised me. I actually paid attention to the course and they let you watch all of the videos in their library for the same price as the full course so I went on to watch a couple of additional videos too. Due to my schedule I was only able to watch the videos in pieces and it was great that whenever I would sign back in it would start the video where I left off.

I have gotton certified for some36 years.I just took your course and found if more informative than all those classes I attended over that time period. I would recommend your course to all the folks I know in the business. PS I would increase the price of the course online as you are giving a better than excellent product to the online community.

So easy to signup and take the course. I started at 7am and was done by 7:15pm on a Thursday. I was even able to listen to a few of the modules from my iphone while I was on the road driving for 2 hours down to Connecticut. Michael is an amazing instructor. I just completed their course and it was really great. The site was very easy to use and the instructor was excellent. I was able to watch the videos at my own pace rather than stick to a schedule and the certificate was emailed to me right after I finished the course. The only reason Im not giving it a 5 star rating is because every so often a message would pop up that paused the video asking if i was still there. Actually it said Were sorry to do this because we know it gets annoying but every online school is required to do this, sorry for the inconvenience and thanks for understanding. I thought that was clever. Anyway, Ill be back to use them again in another year.
