Traditional Okinawan karate with an amazing instructor!Sensei Erika has over 20 years of experience in traditional karate, as well as a black belt in tae kwon do and a purple belt in Brazilian ju jitsu. She is also the coach of the U.S. Naval Academy karate team! You will learn so much here!!
