Long story short I ordered some business cards at staple, And there was a mistake where the ordered was not filled. So they made it right by printing them but giving me more then I ordered. I gave them a 5 star review because any business That does good work, and is willing to admit they made a mistake, then makes it right is a business I will go back to again!Thanks Staples.

My son and I went in for ink and a return. The manager Brianna/Brianne (?) was super helpful finding us something in the back, that wasnt on the shelf & handling our return (user error). And, her customer service (and the other cashier working) was fantastic, making my son & me laugh! Its nice to still see smiling faces and positive, accommodating people with everything going on in the new normal. I never write reviews, but she deserves the positive review.

Briana was great. Despite Staples not carrying what I needed, Briana was very nice and was more than happy to try to find what I needed. She even went online to see if anywhere else might have it. That is customer service!!!

Apparently they open when they feel like it. After driving out of my way and waiting outside for them to open at 8am as the sign on the door states. At 8am I was told that they will open when theyre ready???? I asked how long would that be being as though I was short on time and drove out of my way. The not so friendly employee says when Im ready???? Sounds like a management issue to me, whats the point in having an open and close time? Or maybe Im missing something. To Amazon I go, since I cant support brick and mortar.

Everyone is busy doing nothing! I live ten minutes away from this location and I was forced to drive to the location in New Carrolton to receive assistance! Please visit the location in New Carrolton and ask for Olivia! She is welling to help you and she enjoys doing her job!

We were driving back from NYC and we took 301 to avoid DC traffic. My son had to poop real bad. Store staff kindly pointed us to the restroom where my son produced a positive relief of his colon. The bathroom smelled of old mop water but the toilet was flushed and relatively clean requiring only a few wipes of the seat. 2.75 out of five stars.

Great deals on office equipment and supplies. But at the Bowie location is a little lacking in Customer Service interaction. But dont let that deter you as I didnt and got a pretty smoking deal on a i5 8 Gen laptop.

This place is a joke. I went in with a friend during his lunch break to get 2 papers laminated. 2. Thats it.When we went to the print desk, the guy at the desk did not ask to help us nor did he acknowledge us when we said something. Instead he was more interested in looking at his computer screen then calling someone. We stood at the desk for 10 minutes while he was on the phone. He tried to then ask us what we wanted while on the phone. We showed him the papers to be laminated and he said I know what you want, then went back to talking on the phone.Finally, another employee comes over to help. He takes the papers and places them on the lamination machine then tells us the other guy will laminate them when hes done. Why he couldnt simply press the button and do it himself is beyond me.Anyhow we wait another 10 minutes and the original guy still is on the phone and wont acknowledge us when we try and talk to him. We ask the second guy for help and he just tells us to wait for the first guy. So instead, we ask for our papers back and leave. My friend wasted his entire lunch break on what could have take 2 minutes at Office Depot, which is where I will be going from now on. This place is a joke and this isnt the first time theyve been rude.

This is a group of the most unprofessional employees and MOD Ive ever experienced. Instead of handling their mishandling of my order, they offered no explanation or apology, only to say to me by phone, Just come back and pick up the part of the order you paid for and we failed to give you. No loss on their part, no cost to them, only to have me return in rush hour as if I have nothing left to do and offering no perk today or incentive for me to return on another occasion. Everyone I spoke to had no clue what best to do. SMH...

I had the worse experience at Staples! I walked into surprised that the space was cut in half but by the time I left was very clear why. Upon checking out my purchases, I went to use my Debit/Visa credit card and was told that that I had to put my pin. Instead of being told that the machine was not able to process debit cards as credit cards... I received a huge amount of attitudes and complete disrespect as customer. The salesperson tried to push of my need to utilize my pin as a new policy, instead of stating the machine was not working. She spoke very loudly and terrible to me in front of the manager and other customers. This store should be shut down! Even in front of her manager she could not muster the energy to be polite. Sad! Bad management! Worse experience ever!

They only had two people working in the entire store. I had to wait in line for 20 minutes just to ask for help selecting a stylus for my surface pro. Waited 15 minutes for help and was told by the cashier that the other employee was helping a customer pick out a computer and told me to go online and order my stylus because they didnt have any that worked for the surface pro. I had to go to Google and look up the styluses they had in the store myself and found one they stocked that would work. The customer service here is awful. Instead of trying to help a customer, they shrugged and said get it online. Really? Thanks for wasting my time. Ill know in the future not to bother asking for help from your associates.

They do NOT take USPS prepaid packages. Even if you call and ask, they’ll say yes (my experience), but when you come to the store they will NOT take your package
