57 year old student of hapkido at the Royal Dragon when I began and received the very best instruction @ very reasonable prices. Studied for almost two years before leaving Florida for the North Georgia Mountains. A very professional Do Jang where instructors take an interest in your development. I miss Florida mostly because I miss the Royal Dragon. An excellent place to learn martial arts, get in shape, and meet some extraordinary people.

Researched a lot of schools before choosing this one. Its the best school in the Tampa area. Been there 3 yrs now and am still amazed at the discipline and respect the students show, and the caliber of instruction is awesome. The school teaches tradition and ethics. My daughter loves the classes and has made some good friends.

Very disappointed.. I asked if they had classes for my 5 year old daughter and I was informed yes. Today after the class try out I was told she is not yet measure enough. Clearly I had clarified this is her 1st interaction. And the only response I got was they dont like to say no to the students yet recommend for her to wait 6 months or more. I understand kids have a hard time with focus hence why I decided to enroll her in this class.

Two of my kids attend Royal Dragon Martial Arts. The owners truly care about the development of their students. There is no after school care at this school, and the belt levels are truly earned, not given away. You do not have to sign a contract with Royal Dragon. It is the best martial arts school in the Tampa Bay area.
