We love this care service! They have thought of everything. My daughter makes new friends and sees friends from school. It is organized and 6 year old always tells us about the fun activities they do and themes they have. Love it. A life saver. Date night is always guaranteed. Great hours.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR KIDS HERE!!!! My 18month old child was here for 2 hours and was viciously attacked by another older child with no intervention from the workers. When he was picked up, he was bleeding from multiple scratches and had deep purple bruises and bite marks on his stomach and back. When I asked to see the camera footage, they were able to confirm on camera that another child had attacked my child but would not let me see the footage, likely because it would bring to light their own negligence. On top of the attack, my son was given back to us with a dirty diaper, not just urine, and the workers had lost his socks and hat. To be honest I’m not sure that anyone was watching any of the kids throughout the entire time that my son was there.

We love the Children’s Playroom in Brentwood! My toddlers love going there and they are very trustworthy. Highly recommend.

We needed to attend a work event that was not child friendly and outside our normal childcare center hours. This place was a lifesaver! Being new to the area and not trusting anyone alone with our child or in our home, this was the option recommended by a coworker as well as the CEO of the company I work for. Lots of fun things to do for kids and you can tell it is well maintained (clean!!!) and that the caretakers are trained well. There were also safety measures in place that gave me a sense of relief in comparison to some of the horror stories Ive heard about childcare centers in general. Our child had fun, had nothing negative to say (and is old enough to tell us when something is wrong), and ultimately asked to go back- meaning mommy and daddy might get to start having date night again. The pricing was absolutely reasonable, too! I am looking forward to when they move to the online kiosk check-in next month as well! I set up our childs online profile already and was so impressed that they have a section to upload photos of those that are emergency contacts and on the safe pick up list. I did not catch the spelling of the names of the two women who worked last night from 530 to closing, but both of them were absolutely fantastic at easing our child into the group and introducing to the different toy areas.

I love the Childrens Playroom! They give me the ability to work from home and not have to pay for full time day care. Fantastic staff at both locations that know me and my son. I would recommend to anyone!

I’ve been using this location for childcare for all 3 of my kids about once a week since 2010, when my oldest was 9 months old. I am surprised to see the negative reviews because this facility has consistently provided a safe and fun environment for my kids. I know some parents are very picky about the childcare they hire, and there is no use arguing with them about it. That said, if your child likes playing with other kids, and you understand that no place is going to be a perfect fit, I think this is a good place to consider.

I have been bringing my children (ages 5 and 3 year old twins) here for four years! We love Dawn and the staff! My children always have fun and are excited to go back. I bring my twins 2-3 times a month and leave them for about 4 hours. They eat lunch, play, and have a great time!! Highly recommend for some Mommy alone time!

Weve been going to the Childrens Playroom for almost three years now. Our boys love going. Its a great option for quick drop offs. Our kids stay happy, safe and fed when they are there. I recommend this place to all our friends.

Good for OLDER kids. No longer will be taking my younger child. Too much going on to pay attention. Each time he was crying during pickup, wet and missing something out of his bag. Great service but need to alter approach to watching younger kids.UPDATE: In response to the owner, I am well aware Of your location and am not confused. Because of my current position, I am not using my correct name. We have utilized your service a hand full of times and again, my daughter enjoyed it. She is 3. I would never recommend anyone leaving a small child there. My experience was bad from the beginning but gradually became worse with each visit. Each time I picked him up, he had an EXTREMELY dirty diaper. Each time he was crying, wondering your center with no adult anywhere around him. Each visit something was missing from his bag- his cup, his shoes- something! His bag was always full of food, even after being left for several hours. Unacceptable circumstances across the board. Thanks for your response but I would never recommend you to anyone with children under 3

We LOVE this place. My daughter refers to it as her play play! The hours are great, the staff is always attentive. Never have to worry about a sitter calling in sick at the last minute. We highly recommend

Every employee here is caring and the facility is clean and spacious. Ive been taking my 2 year old here at least twice a week for the last 7 months and they always help calm her down and get her excited to play, and remember things weve left! She had a febrile siezure in their care and they handled it magnificently. I couldnt imagine leaving her in more capable hands! They have some great women working here.

I would NEVER recommend this child care center to anyone. I went to pick my children up and waited 10 minutes while she finished what she was doing on the computer. A maybe 2 year old child was crying at the top of her longs and standing on a couch while the other childcare provider ate.When she saw me watching she finally went to the child to I thought console her however she just sat the child down. And continued to eat her lunch on the other side of the room.There was about 14 to 16 children there of all different ages and neither childcare provider was paying attention at all.It was very chaotic and was not run in a good way and the teacher eating spoke to the children in a very mean way when she did speak to them at all. I heard her say well yo mama aint here, is she to one of the children.Also they charged me for food for my children that I did not authorize saying it was a miscommunication between the teachers and made me pay for it!Stay far away from this place

This was my first time taking my daughter here for a last minute sitter. Let me tell you it was such a wonderful experience. The girls working there were so awesome and my daughter even wanted to hug them before she left. My daughter was playing and so happy to be around the other children as well. I will definitly be back I love the childrens playroom.

Childrens Playroom has been a great solution for us for last minute babysitting needs and briefer visits when I need to hit a doctors appointment or something such that its not really worth the hassle of trying to find a babysitter. My daughters been going here maybe 1-2x/ month on average for the past 4 years, since she was ~6 months old. Its great for what it is & weve been very glad to have it nearby. My daughter loves Dawn & gets really excited whenever she gets to go to Indoor Playground. She often gets to watch a movie or play with a screen (not something she gets much at home) and there are loads of new toys & friends to play with. Who wouldnt love that!?! Its even made for a great playdate when a friend & I just want to catch up over lunch without the needs of the kiddos. Kids get a playdate here; moms get meaningful catch up time across the parking lot! Were so glad to have this as an option!

I wrote a review awhile back that mysteriously disappeared. My granddaughter was mauled by another child while in their care. What a total lack of concern or professionalism. She had to get checked at her pediatrician ‘s. The session was charged, yes, you read that correctly. No offer to reimburse the doctor’s visit, and no return call from management as we were told.Horrific handling of a situation that should have never occurred with proper supervision!

We have been taking our 3 year old here for over a year and she loves it!!! The owners and managers are great and our daughter never runs out of things to do!)

Took my son here twice and he felt comfortable which made me feel comfortable. They provide food if wanted and accommodate a lot.

My baby didnt get fed. My other child had poo on him, to wear I smelled it as I entered the play room. Not once was he changed or taken to the bathroom! I was only gone a few hours. My infants bottle was still in the diaper bag. I gave specific instructions which we extremely simple heres their things Ive put them in the outside pocket for you to get to easily! I was over charged also. As Im paying, the lady says can you bring her a bottle next time all she had was the half ounce left in the other bottle she came in with! What the heck?? I looked at her and said shes drinking the bottle I had for her now!! Hrs and my infant baby hadnt been fed because the workers were too lazy to check her diaper bag. Her diaper was soaked and my son reeked of poo poo! Maybe if she wasnt going off on her 2-3 kids she brung to work with her, she couldve focused. Im highly dissatisfied. I paid for services unrendered and I want my money back.! I called to reach the owner but they told me they didnt know when the owner would be in and that shes at green hills allot, etc. I didnt have time to keep trying to man hunt the owner down. I read reviews and tried this place out and Im just in SHOCK. Im guessing those with bad experiences are not leaving reviews because that so called carewas unreal. I can not recommend and owner, if you read this please contact me. I need a refund my babies were done wrong and I was over charged. Ps. My son was potty training yet they didnt take him to pot even once after being told.

I felt ok enough to trust this place with my 15mo old son due to majority positive reviews and recommendations on fb groups. When I checked his diaper bag during pickup, majority of the food I packed in his bag were untouched (he was there for about 4 hrs). I asked them why he wasnt fed his lunch and the answer was they were *pretty sure* he was given some chicken nuggets instead...but didnt think he had much or any of it. I didnt authorize a purchased lunch nor did they charge me for it. My son seemed in a fine mood, however, and his diaper was freshly changed and he wasnt starving when we got home so I wasnt too upset in the end. Dont think this place would be a first go-to for him at this age - not enough record keeping and organization for younger children to keep me at ease. Maybe when hes older and I need just him watched for a short period only.

My child loves the Childrens Playroom, and so do I! We encourage our little ones to earn stars when completing chores/ engaging in heathy and respectful behaviors toward self and others. At the end of each week, the stars may be exchanged for a special outing, toy, or even candy. My child has earned his stars for the past two weeks! Yay! and has emphatically asked to use them to come and spend time at The Childrens Playroom. My child looks forward to coming here and enjoys the staff as well as the lovely children whom we get to meet there. I love how convenient and easy it is to drop off/ pick up at my leisure. I feel fully confident and at ease when dropping my child off and also feel the rates are extremely reasonable this day in age. Thank you to ALL that work at the Childrens Playroom!

Tried to drop my daughter off in an emergency and was denied services. I made a review on one of their terrible employees at a different location and the owner is holding a grudge.

The Childrens Playroom has been our babysitter of choice for the past four years. Budget friendly and we can let the kids get out of the house and mess up someone elses room!! The staff knows my children by name and the hours work great with our opposite work schedules. We are not letting this one go!Mark & Brittany Jackson

I am a stay at home mom and every now and then I have something I need to do without my son. I have dropped my son off other places and he cried. When I went into the Childrens playroom I just knew that he was going to cry,but he got a little teary eyed and never really cried. The staff there is so nice. The girl working took him over to the Train table, which they have in the front and distracted him. I called back to check on him and he was fine. Also after looking silly trying to open the door I realized they have to buzz you in and that is one thing that I really like.Pros: They have lots of toys for all ages with very flexible timesCons: You never know how many other children will be there (which, I understand in Drop in childcare.)

My son loves it and that says it all!!

I brought my my toddler to the Childrens Playroom in Brentwood for a few hours a few months ago. When I picked my toddler up, he had a circular red bruise on his cheek and looked as though he had been crying for quite a while. I asked the staff about 5 times if they knew why his face looked the way it did. They denied knowing anything or seeing him fall. The bruise/mark was very appearent. Because the staff told me that he had not fallen and they saw nothing happen to him, I took him to our pediatrician. I was concered he might be having some sort of allergic reaction ect.The pediatrican told me that he was 100% sure he had been bitten by another child.Needless to say I was very upset. I called the owners and left a message. They did call back and revealed to me that the staff did see my child get bit by another child. They even gave me the childs name and told me the staff didnt want the child to get into trouble. So they lied to me about what happned.My concern is that the staff lied to me over and over. They new exactly what happened. Even thought the owners were nice about it, I dont know that any actions were taken. Children will be children. They may bite, fall ect. However, we rely on adults to be honest about our childrens well being or call us if our child is hurt while in their care.

Place is gold. My kids beg to go there
