My baby sister loves her teachers, has learned adding/subtracting/identifying letters & numbers, and she loves her friends. She talks so highly of her classroom and the fun centers she plays in everyday. I love that they offer an app to communicate. They are very consistent with their updates too. We love KinderCare located on Aspen ❤️

I’ve never had more problems at any other daycare like I have at this one! They are closed more than they are open. Poor communication, did I mention THEY ARE ALWAYS CLOSED or not enough staff for the kids to attend. I’ve lost my job because of it

My daughters last day was today and we both cried after we left (sad that we won’t see them anymore). As she goes back to regular school next week. Staci and her staff have been a god send these last several months in caring for my child. We have experienced 2 other daycares over the last few years in BA and both made me never want to put my child in a daycare ever again. You cannot find better people, and a more clean, safe environment like what this location has to offer. If they had transportation to the schools still I would have kept my daughter enrolled because she loves everyone so much that she’s gotten to know! Staci is amazing with communication and helpful with any questions, unlike any other director I’ve ever met. Not only that but anyone we would come into contact with staff wise was incredibly sweet. Gonna miss these amazing people. If I ever need a childcare center again in the future there is no other place we will go than here.💜Thank you, all!

My daughters have been going to Kindercare since they were both 6 weeks old. This includes the OU Learning Center, and more recently, Broken Arrow Kindercare. We love both sets of daycares that they have been to.Since the whole Corona thing has happened, the center in Broken Arrow has implemented policies to keep everyone safe. The children get their temperature checked on intake every morning. The employees wear masks, though my only complaint is that they don’t enforce the parents wearing masks, but since it’s Oklahoma, they might not enforce it because people are mask-holes here.My daughters loves going to “school” Monday-Friday. Big Z (20-ish months) will rush out the door to the car then when we get inside the building, she’ll try to race down the hallway to her classroom. Little Z (5 months) smiles when she sees her teachers and will make her funny cooing sounds.

My son has gone to this center since he was a toddler and has recieved excellent care. I can be a picky parent and I will say this center has exceeded my expectations! He is growing and learning everyday and has a very structured environment which he needs to have to prepare for school. His teachers Cherie and Diana are amazing and they really care about their kids and it shows. Their room is always clean and the kids are always happy and playing in centers or engaging in group time. Anyone can write a review, but I will say just because you read a review from one disgruntled parent doesnt mean that the center isnt something other than what they say. I always say to check it out for yourself! People come and go. Teachers come and go. Things change. I recommend this center to anyone and everyone! If I have another child in the future he/she will definitely come here! Staci is the sweetest person and her team is very kind and welcoming!

Ive never had issues with the staff at this center. Theyve always been interested in how I teach my daughter. They know each child by name, and understand their individual needs. They were extremely supportive of giving my daughter breast milk when she was smaller (when she refused to eat they asked questions about how she prefers her bottle). My daughter has been at this center for 3 years, and loves all of the teachers. The director is compassionate and truly cares about the kids. I recommend this center to coworkers and friends all the time.

My son has been going to this daycare for 2 years (hes 3 now) and Ive been so glad for it. The cost is reasonable, they had no problems with storing and feeding my son the breast milk I provided, they provided infant food when he was learning to eat solids (not all daycares will), and now they are helping with potty training. My son is happy when I drop him off and he is happy when I pick him up. My daughter (whos aged out of daycare) likes to visit when I drop off/pick up because the staff is so friendly and attentive. I know they pay attention to my son because they have called me with questions about his well-being and health during the day, whenever they spotted something that wasnt normal to him (both physically and emotionally). Pre-COVID, the teachers were always ready to talk to me about the day my son had. I miss having that relationship with them. Post-COVID, I know I can call the daycare at any time with any questions and Ill usually get a same day response. If I have a question and the director/assistant director are right there, they will run back the classrooms to get an answer for me. I will always recommend this daycare!

I took my daughter there as her first daycare when she was 3 years old. Never been to daycare before and I had explained all my concerns and worries before enrolling. My daughter had never been to daycare, and wasn’t really a nap taken when we started and I was very clear before enrolling her of these things with the center. When she started, every single day was terrible. She never wanted to go. She attended this facility from August 2019-December 2019. The supervisor of the center called me at work, demanding my child be picked up immediately because she wasn’t taking a nap. As quick as I could leave work, I was on my way to pick her up and the supervisor (Staci) called me again, asking how long until I was there, then hung up on me. When I arrived, my daughter was crying on the floor alone while the staff ignored her. I grabbed her and was signing her out, when the supervisor told me I need to look for a new daycare. I was very scared and worried to have my daughter return there for the few days she had to go before we could switch her. She started at Tree House Academy at the beginning of December and has had absolutely no problems with nap, no problems with disruption, and absolutely loves it there. She is always super excited to go to school. I highly discourage anyone looking into this Kindercare. I never felt welcome, the child to teacher ratio is completely unacceptable, and the judgement I received from the supervisor was extremely unprofessional.

First off let me say thanks to both Staci, Erin #1 and Erin#2 for taking my little grand daughter on a rewarding journey through her youngest years. I am one of those parents that have been tasked with raising their grandchild and that in itself brings in new challenges. When my wife and I first started this journey, we looked at multiple care centers and had to do a lot of research in what is needed from us and what we expect from the center. Since we have chosen to use assistance from the state, we have more rules than those who do not. So in short, we landed at this daycare and count our blessings every day. In the beginning, it was hard, my grandchild was not the ideal daycare child. She started down the biting path and when that happens, you could lose your spot at a center. Thanks to the patience and the work from Staci and her staff, we curbed the bad habits and now we are part of this centers family. We have been here for years and Staci and Erin #1 would always make us feel like we were family. Erin # 1 moved onto the school system and Staci had to make decisions on how to maintain the family atmosphere and keep the machine running. We could not be happier with her choice in bringing in Erin #2. In short, if you want a place that cares about your precious ones, you can not go wrong here. I have been here almost 4 years and have not regretted any part of it. To find out for yourself, just walk in with a smile, sit down and ask for a cup of coffee and discuss your concerns with this family. ------------Mic drop

I absolutely would reccomend this daycare to anyone. I would never take my child to any other daycare. My son goes here and with me being a new mom i think any mom would agree it’s hard to leave your child for the first time. Leaving him was hard but easy cause I know that he would be in great hands. Staci & Erin both make it easy for me. I breastfeed my kid and have since he was born with that being said they allow me to nurse him anytime I want. They absolutely love that I have stuck with breastfeeding cause they both know how important it is to my baby and me.

I cannot brag on this facility enough. Being a foster mom I cannot tell you how many times I have called in a semi-panic, about to take a new placement, desperately trying to find daycare for the next day. The staff here is AMAZING. I could not pick a better group of people to walk my familys crazy journey with. Thankful for them every day.

I cannot recommend my Kindercare highly enough. Director Staci won me over from my first steps into the building. Teachers Nicole, Adrienne, Michi, and Ginny are incredible with my daughter. I feel so fortunate to have found this gem in Broken Arrow.

Beware. They are a lot of smoke and mirrors during the tour. Once my son was there he was in a different room with different people, and everything we were told would be happening was not happening. We went and checked on him twice and the second time he was crying historically with a blanket over his head. When I questioned what was going on no one knew why he was crying and what had happened. We took him home and returned the next day to figure out what we were going to do. We were immediately told that it wasn’t going to be a good fit and he couldn’t go here. I’m sure the problem was that we were checking up on them. In the 4 hours my son was there I saw many questionable things. During the tour I saw a baby being propped up on a pillow drinking a bottle. I know that’s a no no. Terrible place!

If I could give no stars I would. DO NOT BRING YOUR CHILDREN HERE. My child is almost 4 months old. First of all they keep the bigger babies and small babies in the same room. The room is FREEZING cold. I have to dress my baby like its winter time due to the room being so cold. The bigger babies crawl onto the smaller babies. Everyday I pick up my baby she has scratches on her and they say that she scratched herself. Why does she not scratch herself when she is at home with me? Just seems odd. Also I had an emergency one morning and they would not let me drop my child off because it was past 9.

We LOVE our Kindercare!! My daughter has grown and learned so much with her awesome teachers! She has been here since she was weeks old. Being a first time working mom everyone up there made the transition to Daycare and going back to work full time easy and stress free! Not only have they helped my daughter grow and develop and but they have helped me grow as a parent. Love that she is learning new things all the time! So thankful for such an amazing organization and an awesome group of ladies to look after my daughter all day.

My son has been attending Kindercare for 6 months now and we have enjoyed every second of our relationship with them. Him being my first child, I searched long and hard for a facility that I trusted to care for him. This is the only facility in my area that I felt comfortable placing him in. He has come to love every staff member and so have I. They treat him as their own and he always comes home with a smile on his face. We have never had issues with diaper rashes or anything associated with delayed care when it comes to this facility. I wouldnt trade our spot here for the world! Im so thankful to have this facility and I never have to worry when he is in their care!

Wonderful, wonderful place! My grand-nephews go there. They have learned so much since being there. Cruz, for instance, who is in Miss Marys class, has absolutely excelled being in her class. He amazes me with what he has learned. Great job, Miss Mary!

Now that my daughter is safely in the arms of my friend I wanted to state my anger with the world about the treatment I got at the Broken Arrow Kindercare on Aspen. My daughter is breastfed. Which may not be the easiest for a center but it is what I want for my daughter. On Friday April 7th the daycare stated that they would be giving my daughter soy milk only due to the inconvenience it was causing them. The paper work and time and effort they would have to put in to my child was too much & yelled at me on the telephone. Hanging up on me. About an hour later I received a phone call from this same person stating she talked to her district manager before I could and spoke to her about making my daughter drink her milk by herself as if she was being punished due to the fact my breast milk is almost poisoning the other children and she would have to document if a child consumed this milk or touched it so she was going to single my child out instead of using this as a teaching experience. I have had heard their communication about breast milk and am highly upset they are forcing mothers to stop early on because theyre overwhelmed by teaching and doing paperwork. So my daughter is no longer attending there. Thank you Staci youve hurt my child by causing a HUGE CHANGE in he life.

I just want to to let everyone know how poorly management treats, discriminates kids, and also talks behind the parents backs!Very unprofessional service!I always felt as if I am not welcomed, always unsure if they will turn me back and refuse to take my kid in for a given day. One day I was just 10 min late because I needed to jumpstart a battery! Life happens, one of my kids did not shut the car door all the way the night before... so my battery died... The management was infuriating! They demanded to take my kid and leave!!! At that very moment while I was talking to Erin Teadstrom about this issue two other parents taking their own kids to their room being late as well and she is not saying a word to them. When I asked why you are treating me this way and other parents the other way, the answer was; Because I have space for their kids, but not for yours! That was obviously discrimination of me and my child! It was unheard of!!!!!! My coworker warned me about this childcare, but I decided to try it out anyway because their location was very convenient for me!!! BIG MISTAKE!!!!KINDER CARE should think twice before they hired Stacy Bouma and her assistant Erin Tedstrom!!!But, a big shout out to those hardworking girls in my kids classroom. You made me think twice before I decided to leave this childcare for good. Youve been awesome and I will really miss you!
