I loved working for the kindercare on W Houston st. I was a twos teacher for 6 years there. the staff is amazing. Ashley and Jaime always worked with me when I needed things done outside of work... I definitely miss working with the kids there.

We have been extremely happy with the child care and education our children have received here over the past few years. The wonderful & attentive teachers/staff have become a valued extension of our family. We especially love the app where we can see pictures and updates throughout each childs day. The KinderCare app makes communication simple and succinct. When a phone call is necessary, someone is always available to answer - truly, my calls have always been answered in a few rings. I would absolutely recommend the W. Houston St. KinderCare to family and friends.

We are so thankful for KinderCare. Our 4 year old daughters personality has come alive since moving her here. We can tell that her teachers encourage appropriate behavior, while letting her be herself. They have also been awesome with our kindergartners virtual school this year. Life is a little less stressful knowing your kids are at a place like this.

Our grandson has been going to KinderCare at West Houston for almost 5 years. We would never consider having him anywhere else. And he loves it there. No fussing about not wanting to go in the mornings. He leaves the car ready to start his day. Kids know when they are wanted and loved. In these unsure times we have never felt uncomfortable leaving him at KinderCare and know they are conscientious about health and safety.

Wonderful center! My daughter has been going to Kindercare since she was 1 1/2 and shes now 7. Love everything about this daycare! Staff is wonderful, kind & loving!

Staff is super friendly. They treat all my kiddos so well and will keep using this center for as long as I have little ones.

My son has been coming to this school since he was an infant and will be 3 next week! We absolutely love it here. The office staff is amazing and the teachers are wonderful!! My son just loves Mr. Billy as well!! I would definitely recommend this school to anyone looking for childcare.

I LOVE this learning center! The director and staff are very friendly. They encourage the children to learn and play. By doing so our child’s vocabulary and imaginative play has grown so much that it’s unbelievable. My child told me that he has super powers and his super power is “SPEECH”! 😊We are very grateful for our KinderCare family! They have remained open during this stressful time of the pandemic. Although our legislators somehow left daycare workers out of the list of essential workers; the truth is, if it had not been for daycare workers, none of us would have been able to continue working. My son attends this daycare and has sense he was new born!! The newborn teachers are honestly the best you can ask for in a daycare. They always update you and keep you happy while your at work you can rest assured your child is well loved and cared for at this daycare. They transition them to different classes and teach them new things along the way! Always helping me to achieve all milestones my son should be reaching!!!! Ashley is amazing always smiles and greets you! I honestly LOVE this place and Highly recommend them! They also have a APP KinderCare so they update u all day and send pictures to the app! Keeps you close and knowing everything they do!

My daughter has been going there since she was 3 months. She’s now 4.5 and my son is also going there, he’s 2. Both of my kiddos love their teachers and classes! The facility is always cleaned and well taken care of and everyone is willing to help if you need anything. They are the most educated, sweetest people I’ve ever met and I wouldn’t want my kids going anywhere else but here. I always recommend this Kindercare to everyone!

My son and I love this facility. The staff are very caring and attentive. You can tell they really love the kids they have every day. We have been using this Kinder care for almost nine years now. Always clean and always get greeted by name upon walking in everyday. Would definitely recommend.

We love it! My 5 year old boys have been attending this KinderCare since they were 2 1/2. The curriculum is awesome. They have theme based lessons and learning centers that they really like. This month the entire center has transformed into the rain forest. I like the parent emails and communication about what they will be learning. Check it out, you will not be disappointed.

Nowadays parents send their children to schools (elementary and higher ed.) for the purpose of a daycare. Even though the Kindercare is a daycare, they give beyond a child care. As an educator, I know what is the teacher frustration. I never seen a frustrated personnel there. All staff were very patient and compassionate. I saw a noticeable improvement on my 3 year old. They are also very sensitive and respectful about cultural differences. Thank you Ms. Karissa, staff and the administration.Nonetheless, it is a bit pricy and you always pay in full no matter what you send your child half a month or 3 weeks.

I took three of my children here. I literally never leave reviews but I felt I needed to because of the incredible work Kindercare has done to ensure the safety and wellbeing of my children. Kindercare educates the whole child. The teachers there are kind and patient. I would not take my kids any where else

Courtnie and Jess have been my daughters teacher since she started attending in November. She has grown leaps and bounds and genuinely loves going and seeing them both. They are great teachers.My oldest daughter is in Ms Ashleys class and she also loves going during the summer and seeing what fun activities they will be doing during the day. She does a great job coming up with things to do during the summer months.

My daughter has been attending KinderCare on Houston for about a year. My daughter Rosy, has been in two of classes in which both all 3 of her teachers we have had treat us like family. This center has an excellent curriculum program. Emailed updates each month and the teachers are on top of them everyday. She has learned so much this year! I am thankful for this center and staff!

I have children 3 children that attended this daycare (one being special needs). I initially enrolled my children in another KinderCare location less than a mile from this location and after less than a week the informed me that they would no longer keep my son with disabilities. After taking my children to another daycare I contacted Jamie at this location. Jamie and Kelly were both great and have went above and beyond to make sure my childrens needs are met. I have a 3 yr old in class with Ms. Mary and he talks of her constantly at home. I also have a 4 year old who attends class with Ms. Liz and she treats her like her own. Most of all my kids enjoy going here and cannot wait until Monday on the weekends and that is important. The important thing is that they take such good care of my son who is deaf and has other disabilities. They have done more than they had too or needed too and it is impossible to find that in childcare. This is one of the best daycare centers Ive ever had the pleasure of being involved with. THANK YOU!!!

Ms. Loris-Preschool D is such a caring and attentive teacher. She always has a smile on her face and she has made my 4 year old daughter feel very welcome. The staff is very friendly as well. They greet every parent that enters and although my daughter has only been attending for a couple months now, they know us on a first name basis.Previous daycares my daughter has attended weve had issues with them misplacing her things, such as blankets, socks, clothes, etc. This daycare does an excellent job of keeping up with her things and they seem very organized.

We absolutely love the teachers at W. Houston KinderCare! Our little one was in Infant A for a few months until he grew into the Infant B room and I still stop by every chance I get to say hi! They all take such good care of him! Excellent facility!

Infant A: Though my daughter has only been going there for a few months I love the atmosphere in the building and in her classroom. The ladies are always nice and informative on my daughter, on how she was that day, cranky(almost never), vocal, happy, playful etc. I love that they play music in the room and that they are very crafty with all the babies. I love getting things that my daughter has made for me dearing the week. There is so much more I could mention but saving space. 😁 5 ⭐s all the way!

Kindercare is the best place! Its not just a daycare its a school. I have 2 boys here!Mary is the teacher of one of my twins and she is amazing! She has helped him calm his competitive nature and now he has made friends. Mary has given him the ability to shine as an individual! She is creative and helps all of her children express themselves in their activities! She teaches her kids manners and how to be respectful. My son has improved leaps and bounds!!!Gena, the teacher to my other twin, who has always been a passive boy, quiet and in a shadow, has helped him come out of his shell! She encourages him to have independence and imagination! He now has so many things he does that he is proud of showing me! She has helped him to learn to adapt to tough situations when not getting his way.These women are not just teachers to my boys! They are their friends!I know my boys are safe and happy when they are here! This is the best place for a child to learn and grow!

I currently have two kids at this Kindercare location and we are all extremely happy with it. The teachers in Preschool C and Toddler B are all fantastic with my kids and the administrative staff is wonderful as well.The class sizes are reasonable and the communication received from the teachers is helpful and detailed.

We love this KinderCare! Our daughter has been attending since she was 6 weeks old. She is now 4 and loves Ms. Lori in Preschool D! All the teachers are great, our daughter has learned so much during her time here.

We love this center! We have been there for over 2 years and couldnt be happier with each class my daughter has had. They all know my daughters name throughout the building, they truly care about their kids, its clean and she is learning so much! We couldnt be happier!

We have been apart of the Kindercare o. Hustons family for about 10 years. Both of our boys have been raised here and come through all of the rooms. Part of what I love about this location is that in 10 years I have seen the same consistent staff. That means to me that they are experienced and happy and that they obviously love what they do. I cant think k of a better place to have my babies.

Where to begin. Im a mother of 3 of boys. My oldest has attended this center since he was around 17 months old, he is now going into the 3rd grade. The schoolroom teachers are amazing! Always communicating whether its good or bad. My middle son is a toddler in the Toddler A room and transitioning into Toddler B. He loves those classrooms so much, always happy to be there with Ms Jetta. And my youngest is in Infant A. I WOULD NOT TRUST ANYONE OTHER THAN THOSE INFANT TEACHERS WITH MY BABIES! All 3 of my boys have been with Kim and Christine. THEY ARE THE BEST!

My children began at W Houston Kindercare last June (2018) as I also began a high-conflict divorce. My children had been home the entirety of their little lives, so walking into daycare was very scary and foreign for them. My youngest started in TOD-A with Ms. Toni and she was so patient with him. She kept me informed about his day and didn’t lie to me and say he was fine if he wasn’t. She was very open to suggestions on how to make his day go smoothly and we did a lot of brainstorming those first few weeks on way to help him adjust. When he moved into TOD-B he got Ms. Shelly and let’s just say she’s an honorary member of our family now.My 2 1/2 year old started at the same time. When he began he didn’t communicate well due to hearing loss and a lack of a nurturing environment at home from the divorce. He took quite a bit of adjusting to the change, but within weeks I was seeing progress. He was taking more responsibility for himself and really trying to talk. By the time he made it to PSB with Ms. Gina; Ms. Jetta (DPSD) had planted the seeds and grown the roots so that Ms. Gina could shine her light on him and let him bloom. Ms. Gina has also become an honorary member of our family.To put it plainly, I was so impressed with Kindercare and it’s staff that when I lost my job the month after they started daycare there, there was no question about where I preferred to work. I bugged Ms Jamie everyday until she finally told me she had and opening. I love my job. Watching these children grow and taking part of that is the best!

We started our journey with Kindercare on W. Houston St. in Broken when our baby was only 3 months. Almost a year later, we are thankful we made the decision and chose Kindercare as our daycare provider.The teachers in both infant rooms are the best in the world and as new parents we were almost crippled with fear of leaving our 3 month old baby with people we didnt know. The teachers have done an amazing job and have given our baby an incredible experience in both Infant A and B rooms. We were sad when our daughter had to be moved up in the Toddler class, but everything is great in the Toddler class too.We are very grateful to Ms. Kim, Ms Christine, Ms. Joelle, Mr. Flora and Ms. Anita for everything theyve done and they truly care about every single baby.Advice to new parents: Kindercare is a great choice and your infant will be well taken care of.

This KinderCare is clean and remodeled. They are always prompt to notify of closings (holidays), contagious illnesses (flu, RSV, strep) that my children may have been exposed to, and quick to respond to emails. I feel the price is a great deal, especially since they have a curriculum for my kids who arent even into Pre-K and they offer a part-time and flexible (rotating) schedule which works well for me as a nurse. I was referred and have referred five other families and we all take comfort in knowing our children are well-cared for, as it can be difficult to turn your child, your baby, over to the care of someone you do not know.

My oldest daughter started going to KinderCare almost a year ago, and we have loved every minute of it! She has flourished and grown so much in her time there so far. She is currently in Mrs. Marys class (Preschool A) and always tells me what a good day she had! They do tons of arts and crafts and we love hanging them up in her bedroom. We love Mrs. Mary and the care and attention she gives the kids!Since its not letting me do 2 reviews separately, Ill do them both hereMy youngest daughter who is almost 20 months old just started attending a couple months ago and it has been so so good for her! She cried the first few times we dropped her off and now its like she doesnt want to leave. She is in Toddler B class with Miss Courtnie and Miss Jess, and they just shower our little girl with love, which is exactly what you want in your childrens teachers!As a whole WE LOVE KINDERCARE!!

Being a first time (working) mom, I was anxious about where to take my daughter for daycare. I could not be more impressed with this Kindercare. She is in Infant A and her teachers (Kim, Christine, and Jaycie) are awesome. I know she is well taken care of and loved. I wouldnt take her anywhere else.

There is no better learning center out there! The curriculum in this center is phenomenal!

My son is in the Toddler B room, the staff are wonderful, they do alot fun activities with the children, he brings home art that he did, not that someone else did for him, and he loves water play days, and they teach him his letters, colors, shapes, numbers, they really care about the children in their care, he loves it so much, he will probably be going there til he is 25, haha, Thanks Leanna Todd Fletcher 😁🤗😄

My daughter has been attending this Kindercare for a year and a half. I have been very pleased with our experience. She has learned so many things to prepare her for Pre-K and had lots of new learning experiences. She attends dance during her school day and loves going to school.

This Kindercare location is awesome, my daughter enjoys going to daycare everyday, they are professional, and they really care about the kids, I feel comfortable bringing my daughter here because I know she is safe and happy, and that feeling is priceless.Preschool A, MRS. Marys class.

I am very pleased with this daycare. Jess and Courtnie are very ladys.

I have a child in Mrs. Morgans class and he is a handful sometimes. We were hesitant at first to put him in daycare, but Mrs. Morgan and previously, Mrs. Mary have been excellent with him.

Do not take your child here unless you want your child to get hit by the teacher. I made a review a while back,but it looks like they deleted it.
